If you would like a cover please PM me or post a comment on this chapter.

Payment is very easy, I would like a permanent follow and it would be great if you could mention me in the book, It's not needed however.

If you do request for a cover or please use it for at least two weeks. If you tell me you are not going to use it as a cover but a banner in the book I'm okay with that, just make sure you tell me. If you do not like the cover please tell me, I'll make you a new one or suggest you to someone else that might be able to make the cover you desire.

When requesting for a cover, or banner there will be three categories of covers to choose from (examples next chapter). You can pick more then one category if you like, I will more then likely make more then just one cover for you. It doesn't matter how many covers you want.
I'll make them for you as long as you follow threw with the payment.

This is the form for banners as well, however for banners their is only one category.
