First comment gets cover, unless the cover doesn't really fit your story. Comment by filling out form. If I don't think the cover matches the story, I may suggest getting a custom one instead, but I you really want that cover I'll still do it for you. Please don't take it as insulting or anything if I suggest a different cover, I just want  you to have good covers that match your book, because people do judge books by their covers. :)

Once cover is taken status will be changed to taken and the final product will be added to the page, title changed to "Premade: taken by ..."
