I love the background and the PSD but I don't think he fonts and their design really suits the theme you created because it looks like a city theme. Maddie Ziegler's PNG could've been better and doesn't blend with the rest of the cover.

The quality of both the background and PNG could've been HD. All the fonts don't match each other either. The decorations (PNGs in the background) doesn't match with anything else on the cover.
