This is not what I expected. The texture and frame is unnecessary and makes your cover look blurry 😶 I think this would have looked better with gloss as well. The background and girl matches and it's cute but compared to the blur, the letters are too bright 😅

The PNG you chose has bad quality and the edges are blurry. Other than that, both your covers are very cute 😉
