This could be done on picsart but I prefer superimpose

~ open up your template {I made this one myself}

~ load foreground image and place it over the first circle, go to transform and select "screen" adjust image to your liking

~ erase any extra marks using the mask brush and merge

~ repeat the steps for each circle and merge

~ load geometric design for the foreground

~ go to transform and select screen

~ adjust image over the circles

~ merge and save image to camera roll

~ go to phonto and add text
