Apps needed:

-superimpose
-phonto

The first thing you want to do is open superimpose. You need to pick out any color background and make sure the constraint is 2:3.

Next open any PNG of choice as a foreground and move it around till the PNG is touching the bottom. Merge.

Next you need to open the design below and move it around till it is the position of choice.

If the design image still has black surrounding it hit transform and then select the screen option. When you do this the image will look like the second example above.
