This is super duper easy.

Apps needed:

-superimpose
-phonto

Open the template below in superimpose as a background. Make sure the constraint size is 2:3.

Template:

After doing so open be image you want as a foreground. Hit transform and then screen. Merge.

Open in phonto and add your title. Save to camera roll.

Open back again in superimpose and use what you have so far as the background. Add the smudge mark below if you would like to add something.

Extra:

Tap the transform button then hit multiply. The smudge should go behind the words. Also turn the opacity around half way down. Merge.

Save to camera roll.
