This tutorial is super easy and takes no time at all.

Apps needed:

-superimpose
-phonto

Open the image you want in superimpose as the background. Make sure the constraints is 2:3. Keep in mind that the ripped effect has to go on the photo so make sure the face claim is to the side and not in the middle.

Add the ripped page below as a foreground. Hit screen and merge.

Ripped Page:

Next open the texture below if you want. This is optional.

Texture:

The. The saturation down all the way and hit multiply.

To make the image clearer erase the texture that overlaps the picture by doing the steps above.

After doing the instructions above merge and save to camera roll.

Open in phonto and add your title. Save to camera roll.
