This tutorial is super easy and takes literally five seconds.

Apps needed:

-superimpose
-phonto

Open a white background in superimpose. Make sure the constraint size is 2:3.

Open the template below as a foreground and size it on the background as you wish.

Template:

Merge.

Find the photo you want and add it as a foreground. Hit transform and then hit the screen button. Size it to where you want between the rectangles.

Merge and save to camera roll.

Open in phonto and add your title and everything else you want.
