This tutorial is simple and easy.

Apps needed:

-superimpose
-phonto
-picsart

The first thing you want to do is open a white background in superimpose.

Open your PNG as a forgeround. I suggest the PNG is looking front, but whatever you want is fine.

Turn the saturation down all the way.

Merge and open one of the smear examples below.

Examples:

Open the smear as a foreground and move it over the pngs eyes.

Save to camera roll and open in picsart.

Open your image and pics art and hit the effects button scroll down until you get to this filter and do this.

Save to camera roll and open in superimpose again.

Open your image and if you want to add some texture open this.

Turn the saturation down all the way and hit the multiply button.

Erase any texture that's on top of the PNG and save to camera roll.

Open in phonto and add title, author, and quotes if needed!
