I wouldn't necessarily say this is a cover, but I was messing around and thought is was decent.

Apps needed

-superimpose

-phonto

You first need to find a photo or screencap from anywhere you would like.

Add the photo as the background on superimpose.

Find a color you would like to overlay. Open the photo as a foreground and hit screen. Zoom in until the color covers the whole picture.

Save to camera roll and open in phonto.

Open in phonto and type the chosen quote. Try to make the quote match the screencap so it makes sense.

The font I used for this was New Romantics. To get the shadow effect tap the style button and then the second to the left letter A at the bottom.

Save to camera roll and that it!
