This tutorial is kind of hard, but looks pretty cool. I came up with this on my own so if you use this give creds!

Apps:

-superimpose
-phonto

The first thing you need to do is open a plain white background in superimpose.

You will need to find a PNG and place it onto the background as a foreground. Keep in mind that the vine has to take up space too so don't make the PNG too big.

Next you will need to open the vine PNG. Example below.

Template:

Turn the vine upside down so it is facing up like the example.

Tap the transform button, then the gear icon, and lastly hit multiply of screen.

You should be able to see through the vines a little bit.

Erase all leaves that aren't wanted.

Undo the multiply or screen button so you can't see through the leaves and save.

Open phonto, add title, and that's it!
