-A premade graphic with the object that you want to surround with white lines.

Step 1-Open your graphic in Picsart(The model in the picture is Albus Potter,if you were wondering.)

Step 2-Go to draw,select the colour white and adjust your brush.

Step 3-Draw around your model.

Step 4-Slap on a filter,the title and the author,then you're done.
