You know how there is a kind of covers where a random hand pops out of nowhere with a phone and a random person is shown on the screen? Well I am going to teach you how to make that kind of cover in this chapter.

DIFFICULTY :

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

-A snapchat filter png

-A png of a hand holding a phone

-A Graphic of a model

Step 1 - open Picsart with your graphic

Step 2 - go to effects and click on blur

Step 3 - put your png of the mystery hand which has a phone in it. (I searched for hand holding phone png)

Step 4 - upload your graphic and snapchat filter png

Step 5 - adjust and crop your graphic so it doesn't look stupid.

Step 6 - adjust your snapchat filter on the person's face(it helps to just do one at a time by erasing the other things)

Step 7 - and there you go,a random hand taking a picture of a random person like a stalker.I don't know why would anyone want this.
