WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Literally nothing, I'm not even joking.

Step 1 - Go to Phonto, click on 'Plain Image', select the first image and click on 'use'

Step 2 - Add your text, click on your text and then click 'style'

After that, click on 'Stroke', chose your colour and adjust the width to anywhere from 3 to 7

Step 3 - Click on 'Text', go to the bottom and drag the option of 'alpha' all the way down to 0.

Step 4 - Then, go to 'Style', click on 'Shadow' and select the same colour you used just now.

Play around with the settings so the words look like they're glowing.
