Hey, it's Grace and I'll be teaching you the basic way to make a vector cover.

- The best thing to start off with is to find a picture with clean enough lines and edges for you to paint over and have it look as natural as possible.

I chose a picture of Madelaine Petsch that I thought would work.

- Once you've opened picsart, click edit and select the image you've chosen

- click on the paint button and use the dropper tool to match colours for hair, skin clothes etc.

- at this point you can choose whether or not to do the eyebrows, lips, glasses or any other features they may have on their face. I chose not to because I didn't have a stylus with me and it was pretty late when I made this.

- Start to paint over the skin, hair, clothes and any other parts that you plan to colour.

- you can choose whether or not to colour the back ground, but by the time I was finished I liked the way it looked without the background.

- add your title and username and you're good to go.
