Title: (Obligatory)The complete title of the book that you desire to have written on the cover.

Authour: (Obligatory) The name you wish to be written on the cover, it can be your pen name or you username, but you have to specify.

Theme: (Obligatory) Style, vibe or details you want the cover to have.

Genre: (Obligatory) (Fanfiction is not a genre!!!! Your story can be a fanfiction but you need to specify further than that because there's fanfiction with a bunch of different genres.) One story can have more than one genre. Examples: Action, Young Adult, Science Fiction, Romance, Thriller.

Tell me a little bit about the story:(Obligatory) Tell me about the story, sets, characters, important symbols.

Cast: (Obligatory) Tell me only the characters you physically want in the cover! (celebrities or physical descriptions of who writer pictures them as) you would like to be shown in the cover.

Images: (Optional) Any link to images you think could either be used in the cover or for inspiration.
