Genre: Action Adventure Book

Basic Outline: A futuristic city in which citizens are forced to work for the government in creating an ideal society and everyone is restricted from anything the government says is in peaceful.
The citizens all have a tracking device that will kill them if they go past the city's border, hence proximity. What the people dont know is the government is harbouring a weapon so powerful that it will keep them in power permanently and bring humanity to its will if needed. Yet one fugitive who  crossed the city border and escaped without death has discovered the real truth, and has a plot to stop the government.
