Calum and Samantha had soon told her parents and his parents. It was only about a week later that we had decided to have Vanessa, Samantha, Calum and I go up to my parents' house. I had the engagement ring in my pocket. We had asked my mom and dad to invite Brody over, since he wasn't living in the house anymore. Brandon still lived with mom and dad, so that wouldn't be a problem.

The car ride was an hour and a half, and Calum drove the whole time. A lot of the time, Vanessa was questioning why we had brought Samantha to meet our parents.

"She's a friend of ours, why not introduce her to our family and introduce our family to her?" I shrugged, looking at Vanessa who was sitting in the backseat with Samantha.

I had to lie so Vanessa wouldn't know yet, but I wasn't telling a lie. Samantha was a good friend, other than the fact that she used mind control of Calum to have sex with him, but I'm over that. I was glad that Vanessa hadn't found out yet. I wanted to tell her at the same time I told mom and dad, and that was going to happen.

We had gotten to their house early in the afternoon, around one. Brandon answered the door, and I smiled at him, then jumped onto him to give him a hug.

"I missed youu!!" I exclaimed, hugging him.

"I've missed you too!" He laughed. Calum, Samantha, and Vanessa walked into the house as well, and we closed the door behind them.

"Ready.. Set.. Go!" Vanessa exclaimed. I tackled Brandon to the ground, and he just laughed when I had pinned him down.

"I've missed that, sis," he stood up after I got off of him, "being tackled by you.." He laughed.

"Hey," he gave Calum a 'bro-hug' and hugged Vanessa. When he got to Samantha, he asked me, "who's this? A friend?"

"Yeah, she's one of my students in the academy. I'm her mentor. Her name's Samantha," I told him, and he nodded, saying hello to her.

"Hi," Samantha quietly said.

Mom and Dad came out from the living room to greet us all. I hugged them both, as Calum did so and Vanessa did as well. I introduced them to Samantha, and they welcomed her.

"BRO-DY! BRO-DY!" I exclaimed. Soon, I heard, "SA-RAH! SA-RAH!"

I heard feet running down the stairs, entering the living room. Brody hugged me and then Vanessa before giving Calum the bro-hug, the same as Brandon had done. He was the third to ask who Samantha was. This time, Samantha explained who she was.

"Mom.. Dad.. Brody.. Vanessa.. Brandon," I paused, "Calum, Samantha, and I have to tell you something. Mainly, it's Calum and Samantha, but.. Go ahead guys," I looked at Calum, then at Samantha.

"I'm pregnant," Samantha announced. My family congratulated her, all except for Vanessa since she already knew. Vanessa just looked confused. That is, until Calum chimed in, "and the baby is mine.."

Gasps came from my family's mouths, all except for Vanessa's. She knew what was going on now. She was the only one in the family that knew about the mind control.

"I don't want you with my daughter anymore if you're going to cheat on her," Dad got protective of me.

"Chad, y-you don't understand. This isn't my fault," Calum defended.

"Let me guess.. You're going to tell me it's all Samantha's fault-" Dad started to talk, but he couldn't finish because Samantha cut him off.

"It is all my fault. I was using mind control on Calum so he would have sex with me. I feel really bad about it now, but I'm also thankful to have a friend like Sarah that forgives me and understands.. And I'm glad to have a guy like Calum that can support me in this even though it is all my fault. We haven't told any of the other girls except for Mali, Calum's sister. I'm scared to tell them because I don't know how they'd react. I know that you must be very understanding people, and I was hoping that you'd forgive me," Samantha started crying. I hugged her, telling her to calm down.

"As long as Sarah is okay with it and she's happy, I'll be okay with it. We can forgive you, even though it's not our job to forgive you. As long as Calum and Samantha have forgiven you, that's all you need. I hope that you're happy with this baby," Mom smiled at Samantha, and Dad nodded, agreeing with Mom.

"So is that the only reason you came here?" Brandon questioned. I shook my head no, pulling out the ring from my pocket and quickly putting it in my finger while my hands were behind my back.

"Calum, do you want to say it? Mom and Dad already know. Vanessa, Brandon, and Brody don't.." I smiled at Mom and Dad. They nodded, smiling brightly.

"Yeah, sure," Calum nodded at me, "Sarah and I are engaged!" As he exclaimed that, I pulled my hand out from behind my back, showing my family the ring. They all got excited.

"My baby sister is getting married!" Brody exclaimed, smiling, "I love you, sis.." He smiled, hugging me, "you and Calum are amazing together. Maybe I'll have a niece or nephew soon? Wait.. Sorry-"

"No, we've already talked about that. I've been thinking about how to get around the power," I smiled at Calum. Brody nodded. Brandon hugged me too, telling me how excited he was for us. I was glad I had such a supportive family.

When I finished hugging Brandon, there stood Vanessa, just looking at me. I couldn't tell was she was thinking by the look on her face. I couldn't tell at all. Her face looked like she had mixed emotions.

"That's why you've been acting weird. You didn't want to tell me before now," Vanessa realized, "I'm happy for you two. Will you be leaving the academy after you get married?"

"Yes, most likely, but I'll still visit often. I'm thinking of putting you in charge of the room, putting you in charge of Samantha and Willow. Maybe you'll get one of Delia's girls too, so it'll make it an even three that everyone has?"

"Okay," Vanessa smiled, "that's great. I love you, Sare." We both smiled as she used her old nickname for me. This turned out better than I thought it would.
