About six weeks later, I had noticed great improvement with Willow and her pyrokinesis. She is getting a lot better. She can just look at something, and within a millisecond, she'll have it lit on fire.

Vanessa has been mainly working on concilium, but she's been working with Samantha on telekinesis too. Vanessa's concilium is getting a lot easier for her. I can tell.

I had also noticed something with Samantha. She had been slacking a little bit on her work on concilium. She was supposed to be working on that just as much as she was working on telekinesis. She wasn't working very much on telekinesis either. There was something going on with her.

I decided to sit her down and ask her about it, so I called her into our room and told her to sit on my bed, right next to me. She sat down, and I began to talk with her about what was going on.

"Samantha, I've been noticing some changes with you," I told her, trying to be as nice as possible with it.

"What do you mean by that?" She asked, as if she was offended.

"I just mean that you haven't been working as hard on your powers as you had been before, that's all," I explained.

She nodded, "I've just been a little distracted lately, I guess. I don't know," she shrugged.

"Are you alright? Is there something that's wrong or something I could help you with?" I wondered, but she shook her head no.

"Are you sure? It's my job to make sure you're doing good," I told her, putting my hand on her knee, "and I need to protect me."

"I'll be fine, thank you," she smiled and began to get up.

"If you ever need me for anything, just talk to me, okay? And if I'm not here at the moment, call me. You got it?" I asked, and she smiled, saying, "yeah. Thanks."

"You're welcome," I hugged her before she left the room.

I made sure that Vanessa was doing alright with her concilium and telekinesis. I also told her to keep an eye on Samantha. If she noticed her slacking, not trying her best, or not working with her much, that she should tell me. She agreed, so I moved on.

I talked to Willow a little to see how she was doing with pyrokinesis. She showed me how she was doing, and it was perfect. I allowed her to move onto divination. We worked with that for a little before figuring out that she couldn't do that very well. I told her to keep trying and believing so she'd get better, then I went back upstairs into my room to work a little on my powers.

I heard someone running up the stairs, and I wondered what that was about. Even with twenty-some girls in the academy, you didn't hear someone running up the steps much.

Vanessa soon burst into my room. My eyes shot up to where she was to see what was going on and what she was doing.

"Is everything alright? Are the girls okay? What's going on?" I asked her, but she shrugged.

"All I know is that I just saw Samantha sprint to the bathroom and then heard her throwing up. I didn't hear anything else."

"Oh," I looked down, confused a little. Maybe she was sick and that's why she had been slacking. That would make sense.

"Why were you running up here as fast as you were, though?"

"I just wanted you to know. Maybe that's why she had been slacking on her work," Vanessa shrugged her shoulders, looking at me with a weird look on her face.

"What are you suggesting?" I asked Vanessa, and she just stared at me like I should know. What would I know?

"Why are you looking at me like that, Vanessa? Goddammit, just tell me what you're trying to suggest about Samantha," I demanded.

"I think that she might be pregnant-" Vanessa stopped herself.

"She doesn't have a boyfriend," I told her, in an "obviously" tone.

"Well." Vanessa stopped, then looked down.

"'Well...' what? What are you trying to say?"

"I just remembered about you telling me what happened, you know, a few weeks ago," she looked right in my eyes. I didn't remember what happened, but then I did.

"No!" I exclaimed, "no! She is not pregnant with Calum's baby. She's probably just sick! Why do you jump to conclusions like that?"

"I was just saying its a possibility. Who knows, though? She might be. Why don't you just ask her? You are her mentor, after all," Vanessa shrugged and walked out of my room.

I walked downstairs to ask Samantha what Vanessa told me to ask. I really didn't want to ask her that.

I tried looking for her, but I found her throwing up in the bathroom, again. I crouched down next to her, putting my hand on her back.

"Samantha, do you think you might be pregnant?" I asked her.

She shrugged, "I don't know.. Maybe," she looked up at me and went, "no! No, I don't think I'm pregnant."

"Did you change your answer just because you know it's me that you're talking to, and if you are pregnant, the father would be my boyfriend?"

"No, he might not be the father, if I am pregnant," Samantha shrugged.

"Who else? You don't have a boyfriend," I told her, then she responded, "but there was this one guy I met two weeks ago."

I'm really sorry but I had to change the timeline of this story majorly, so if you're confused at all of how and when this is happening, you can look at the beginning of all of the chapters previous to this. Thanks!

Btw happy new year!! I love you guys:)
