She was kidnapped as a child and put into A Russian secret organization, being trained to kill for 17 years. She escaped from the organization when she was 28 and found her way to Gotham where she became a talon after an incident. The court being impressed by her skills and battle strategy put her 3rd in command after years of being in the court.
