Arish's pov:

"Arish Ikaw daw pala mag l-lead ng meeting sabi ni pres" sabi saakin ni jade, our school's secretary

Agad akong kinabahan, siraulong ethan to, wala to sa usapan namin! "Asan si ethan?" She just smiled and flopped her eyelashes "He's here naman, pero he wanted to see kung paano ka mag l-lead. He's gonna guide you mamaya" she gave me the folder that contains the information for the upcoming battle of the band event plan.

After a few minutes nandito na lahat ng officers, glee club members, hosts and other performers.

"Let's start " Ethan whispered in my ear kinakabahan ako, I looked at him worriedly "I'll be ok, I'll guide you" he gave me a reassuring smile.

"Good afternoon everyone, the students and the school administrator has agreed that the theme will be euphoria for our upcoming battle of the band event" I spoke loud and clear not minding dwayne's gaze at me.

"Our treasurer Silvano, Robin has the already collected the budget for our event" Ethan added.

"We already talked to the subject teachers of the glee club members, officers and other performers to excuse us for the next two weeks to practice here in the avr, lobby, gym, and other vacant rooms here in the campus" Kahit kinakabahan ako ay dapat clear ang sasabihin ko para hindi ako mapahiya.

Tumingin sila Gab, Jay and Kean saakin they gave me a thumps up, habang si Dwayne naman ay naka krus lang braso, he looks bored "We suggested that the Glee club members will have access here in the avr since they'll be needing the speakers and other equipments" I continued loud and clear.

"Starting tomorrow the glee club members and other performers will practice. Officer will talk about the event flow and start fixing some decorations, while keeping an eye on those performers in different places here in campus. That's all everyone thank you for listening, does anyone have a question?"

Ethan gave me a thumps up as he tapped my shoulders.

My heart thumped when Dwayne raised his hand looking in my eyes, but not like before, it was cold.

"What's your question?" I asked coldly

I raised an eyebrow "The playlist? Hindi nami-" their band vocalist Gabriel stopped him "Buang ka! Nabigay na saatin yung list, puro ka kasi dnd kaya di mo alam!" Gab punched his arm a bit making him glare.

Huminga ako ng malalim, buti naman wala na siyang ibang tanong "Ok, that concludes that were ok na, so you may go to your classes now" finally, I did it! I sighed as I accepted the water bottle that Ethan is handing me.

"Galing galing ah" I smiled as I drank from the water bottle "Sayang hindi prom yung ina-approve nang dean" my eyes widened a bit, shet may naalala nanaman ako!

"May kasayaw ka na sa prom?" Dwayne asked me I shook my head "Wala eh"

"Kawawi ka naman" I glared at him as I ate some of his chips "Kuha ng kuha meron ka naman"

He stopped me and looked me in my eyes "Can you join me for a dance?".

My heart thumped as I look deep in his eyes "Yes!" He smiled and gave me the bag of chips.

Prom day came he never left my side "You look really pretty" he said as he looks at me from head to toem

I was wearing a blue backless dress while he wore a pink tuxedo.

My world stopped when he removed his coat and placed it on me "You look cold" he said as he wrap his arms around my waist while we listen to the music.

When the music slowed he immediately went to me and held my hand "Can you dance with me rish?" I smiled and held his hands.

We slowed danced the night away, his face was too close to me, too dumb for me to expect a kiss.

I just hugged him tight while we danced.

"Ok ka lang?" I nodded and decided to just walk to class.

Why is he so cold towards me? Galit ba siya? Ano naman reason if ever galit siya saakin? I shouldn't probably think about this it's pointless.

"What is the square root of 65 divided by 9- are even listening miss Ybañez!?" I looked at the teacher and nodded.

"If you are, what is the square root of 65 divided by 9?"

I looked behind and saw dwayne, shet same class pala kami dito sa sub na to mapapahiya pa ata ako neto.

"0.89, simplified answer ma'am" she nodded and tapped her heels in the floor making me more nervous "How did you get it?"

"The square root of 65 is 8.06, I divided the square root number of 65 to 9 which sums up to a simplified 0.89"

"Good job Ms. Ybañez! That also sums up that you're listening" lumingon saakin si elai at tinaasan ako ng kilay.

Shet success.

"Ano ba kasi ginagawa mo kanina? Naka tulala ka" tanong ni elai "Iniisip mo si dwayne nanaman noh?" Curious niyang tanong dahil alam na alam niya ang nangyari.

"Ano ka ba hayaan mo na nga yun, nagiging ok na ako sa araw araw na dumadaan eh" she laughed and punched me "Tarantado ka! Kaya pala nag r-reminice ka pa din, hay nako ka teh wag ako kilala kita kaibigan na kita dati pa!"

Huminga ako ng malalim at nag decide na sabihin nalang din sakanya "Ang cold niya kanina saakin nag tatanong lang naman siya"

"Edi sana cold ka din, you know treat him the way he treats you. Para naman alam niya yung feeling noh, ganun nalang gawin mo hanggang sa ok ka na. Hanggang sa maka move on ka na"

Bakit kasi minahal ko yung dapat kaibigan lang eh.

My love for him is kind, gentle and beyond genuine.

My love for him was real and nobody could understand that, because they didn't see who he really is when it's just the two of us, so can they blame me if it's hard for me to let him go?
