I felt myself fall to total darkness, I was so weak that I couldn't move at all. then I feel strong arms.

"Ah I see you caught my prey" Orochimaru states to the person holding me. the person held on tighter.

"What does this girl have that you want Orochimaru?" I heard the person say yep definitely a guy.

"She's the last of the clan I just slaughtered." I flung my eyes open and tried to get up failing miserably.

"Oh the weak girl who couldn't prevent her sisters death is trying to stop me." Orochimaru mocks. my hands are producing a deep. deep. red fire.

"Special Fire Jutsu: Fire Rage Ball!" I shouted throwing him the ball that wounded him. I fell back smiling. "guess...I'm...not so...weak after...all" I said before I blacked out instantly.

The next time I woke up I was in a hospital bed. "hngh" I grumbled when pain shot up through my body, I heal very fast but not by a lot.

"I see your awake" I see an old man, I try to get up but fall back in bed in pain. "don't strain yourself" the old man said worriedly.

"Is...is...Orochimaru gone?" I ask afraid of the answer.

"For now. but focus on getting better soon alright?" He said doing a closed eye smile.

"Alright" I said giving the old man a small smile.

"Well I'll let you rest now. rest easy that Orochimaru won't come in here to kill you..."

"Crimson, Crimson Kairio" I stated before I went back to sleep

It's been 3 days already and I'm already moving around the hospital room they gave me. the old man I met was called a Hokage. he would visit me from time to time.

"How old are you Crimson and why do you wear that headband around your hair?" he asked. I flinched away, whenever people were curious and I answered there question they started acting as if I was a monster.

"Please Crimson isn't it time for an explanation?" he pressed, I sighed sadly.

"Promise one thing to me okay?" I said shaking. he came forward confused.

"What is it?"

"Only you and the one who saved me from Orochimaru can know this" I say to him. he nods not understanding my secrecy. oh he'll know soon enough.

"Well. the name of my village is Hidden in the Dark my father was the ruler, it was my 19th birthday the day..in our village 19 is the age you reach to become Jounin" I started. I looked at the Hokage, he nodded a look that said continue.

"But...in my case a death sentence." he was startled, shocked even.

"Why?" he asked

"My mother was the demon hiding our village. she died giving birth to me. this choker is a heirloom from her.... my older sister Rue tried to stop the ceremony" I finally cracked tears start spilling out. "my father was ready to send me away to protect the precious village. I accepted my fate, because who would love an abomination of a half human and half demon child?" I asked. "then an unfamiliar man. Orochimaru comes in and starts slaughtering the citizens. my father sent me away with Rue to get my mothers heirloom. we ran to the border knowing we would both jump off."

"Jump off?"

"Our village is of total darkness. we only bought little light, it was the Guardian's job to make sure the border was secure"

"I see." he said rubbing his chin "continue" he encouraged me giving me a reassured smile. I nodded my head

"But when we got there Orochimaru killed my sister...who was protecting me... I got away by opening the 1st gate of mind." I say last my eyes starting to get puffy from crying but I still continued crying. the Hokage was silent for a minute then looked at me with a warm smile.

"This is your home now Crimson. and I will heed your request because it it the right decision" the Hokage said hugging me. I hugged back as I nodded tears start spilling out.

"Thank you" I croaked, looking out the window staring at 4 peoples faces that were also Hokage.

I stood there dazed that I didn't realize that someone was behind me. "hmnph-!" I protested but soon darkness engulfed me unwillingly for the maybe 2nd or 3rd time? I'm not sure.
