The morning come awaken Y/n L/n who stirred up and open his eyes and looks at the clock which shows 6:30 am. Then, he gets up and currently sitting on the bed looking at the floor beneath him and arms on his lap."Another new day in CounterSide." He said and breathe in and out slowly making him a bit refreshed a little bit and goes to shower to get rid of smells and take care of his hygiene.

After showering and getting dressed, he goes to make breakfast and currently sitting in front of the TV watching the news.

Y/n Pov

" The Counterside effects is becoming more often. Do you think that something big might be happening?" The female reporter said.

"Right now, based on the frequent Counterside Effects, the city management is currently tightening security to make sure civilian is safe to ensure that this place is habitable." Said the male reporter.

'That'll be putting it mildly because even I don't know who the Replacers Syndicate is opposing because I only know to Episode 3 and I was reborn before cannon starts in the first place.' I mused my thoughts and changed the channel and it switch to HRT Berry entertainment but I don't pay attention to it because I ain't interested much ln idol. With that, I continued eating my breakfast and getting ready to go out to buy furniture.

But when I already locked the door, someone called me.

"Hey, Y/n. Going somewhere?" I turned to the voice seeing Maria Antonov in her casual clothing.

"Shopping," I replied and saw another figure behind her. "Looks like you finally get out of your shell, Sylvia," I said referring to the figure behind Maria.

"Ugh, you're gonna lecture me again, yeah no, the loner. I'd rather take advice from old lady instead." She said irritated." Yeah, sure sure. If you could keep up your ear to listen to advice from an old lady." I said smugly irritating her and making Maria laugh softly.

"Ugh, what are you even doing out this early," Sylvia said changing the subject to avoid being embarrassed.

"Shopping for furnitures." I replied.

"Really, you?" Sylvia said in disbelief.

"Alright, see you later. I need to get early to go somewhere." I said before going out of the apartment building and walking to the mall where I buy my grocery before and enter it.

'Alright, Omicron. Where is the shop that sells furniture?'

"At the top floor and you'll see it when you walk after the escalator."

Timeskip by Y/n walking to shop but being stalked by someone.

Y/n Pov

After I arrived at the top floor and noticed where is furniture shop and enters it and is greeted by the cashier.

"Welcome. How may I help you?" the cashier asked.

"Oh, do you know where shelves for books are?"

"Ah, shelves. Please follow me, the customer."

"Sure."

3rd Pov

The cashier shows Y/n their shop's shelves product and Y/n takes one of them and buys it and he goes out of the shop after paying and heard a commotion on the ground floor and recognizes that someone from the game is showing up and that is Elizabeth Pendragon.

'I must say she is beautiful no doubt but I don't care much about appearance but the guy next to her is something.' I thought looking at them from the top floor but I just go somewhere else not realizing that Elizabeth looks up to know who watch her but was interrupted by her bodyguard.

"Is something wrong , Miss?" Ryan Ferrier said

"Ah, It's nothing, Ferrier. Just a feeling, that's all" she replied.

"If you say so." He said dropping the matter.

Then, Elizabeth looks at the upper floor feeling the gaze of someone but disappeared suddenly.

Y/n Pov

After I buy the shelves that I want, I go to the cafeteria in the mall and buy lunch considering the day is at high noon. I buy a noodle and return back home to assemble my shelves and put it where I wanted.

"Puh, that's done." I said wiping the sweat off my forehead after focusing to finish my shelves to put the book and puts where I wanted to."Now's that done. What shall I do today?" I asked myself and shrugged and go to the couch and laid down on it to enter Nanite's world.

Soon, I found myself on the highest pillar and asked Omicron to shape up the place for training.

"Alright, this time I'm going to use Omega-1 builds," I said excitedly to use my power. Soon, in front of me appear multiple EVOs and C.Os that I encounter. Then, I told nanites to make Blaster Caster and use it to whip nearby enemies and destroy them and I feel like the whip is my muscle. Next, I take up one enemy's leg and swing them like mace and smashed the poor enemy onto its comrade before disappearing. Shortly after that, I got used to using Blaster Caster and switch to Funchucks and started my massacre soon again, more enemies appear and I started to swing both Funchucks and slam them together sending an energy attack to them obliterating them by half. Then, I changed to Bad Axes and started swinging left and right killing those who got nearer, and then no enemies are willing to get closer and I noticed this changed it up to separate them and create Block Party. I then dashed forward to my enemy and spread out my shield disorienting them and sending some towards their comrades and crash onto them creating clouds of dust and I retracted Block Party and build Sky Slyder to reach the nearest enemy who is at my left and I drive over to them using Sky Slyder and crash them by changing my position and I jumped over my disoriented enemy and build Bad Axes. I then slice them leaving none of them alive. Then, I jumped towards the second group who is in my sights and created Sky Slyder to rush over them and created Funchucks on my hands creating build simultaneously. Then, I slammed one of the Funchucks to my enemy's head killing him and the enemy soon rush towards me intently to kill me and surrounded me.

"Ho, a mistake you made, fool," I said making my enemy confused making me chuckle and create Bad Axes then I spun myself slaughtering the rest of my enemy.

Soon, after all enemy was killed, I was panting because of the aftereffect of adrenaline.

"Hey, Omicron. Please rate my fight." I said panting.

"Certainly....Calculating time of fight.....Showing results of user fight. A-."

"Ho, not too shabby improvement I say." I said after recovering my breath."Say, what time is it?" I asked Omicron.

"Right now is 4:00 P.M."

"Damn, I still have time, eh, whatever, I need to study to improve my skill," I said waking up from Nanite's World. I then asked Omicron to impart Programming knowledge to my brain.

"The Programming knowledge. Do user wants this information?"

'Yes.' As soon as I said that, I feel immense pain over my head and feels nauseous but I managed to held it in and grip my head to ease the pain.

"Oh, boy. That sure hurts."

"It is normal to feel pain when absorbing information."

"I know that just not expecting it was that much."

"I will try to lower the pain next time then."

"You're Welcome."

With that knowledge of programming, I created an app of snakes eating apples because, in this world, there is not much entertainment other than computer games. Soon, the night comes and I make dinner then go to sleep at 10:00 pm awaiting the next day.

3rd Pov

Then, the next day, Y/n spent it lazily by watching TV and learning new recipes to increase his repertoires and spends the rest of the day finishing it by solving math exercises that he bought earlier and sleeping. The rest of the day continues nothing much other than ALT Squad, Yoo Mina, and Joo Shi Yoon entering the shop he worked and he seemed to notice Seo Yoon unnatural behavior but don't dwell on it and gives Yoo Mina some leftovers Onigiri which she was thankful for and ShiYoon who acts mysteriously to him but again he didn't dwell on it and soon the canon of the CounterSide Episode 1 is starting.

"User, Yoo Mina has been transferred to Coffin Company."

'Oh, boy. That CEO has already on the move, huh.'

Few hours before canon.

"And here, some leftovers Onigiri, Mina," I said to Mina which she was thankful for the food.

"Thank you, Y/n."

"No problem, try not to die out there."

"Sure, see you later, Y/n," she said waving at me while leaving the store.

"Bye," I said waving back while keeping a poker face.

Then Manager Poh comes out of the staff room which at my right side of the counter and he greets me telling me something.

"Y/n, we're closing early, come on, help me close the shop." He said.

"What's the occasion?"

"Nothing much, just feel like something gonna happen."

'Pretty much something will happen but eh, better just do what I can now.' I thought while helping Manager and returns back home and the sirens blared and the announcement was made.

"This is the announcement from Ground One, City Managements. The density of Corruption rays is gradually increasing across the city center. Given the current trend, a Counterside Effects alert may be issued soon. All citizens are encouraged to stay in safe locations. All TASKFORCE companies contracted to Administration must mobilize at their respective administrative zones. All new operatives should register with their designated squads to complete preparation for the upcoming Purification operations."

'The canon is starting. The world is changing. An enemy from the other world will come. Can I be able to survive in this world?.No matter, I have Omicron and Meta-Nanites at my disposal to ensure my safety and I must become stronger...
