Patton was the first one to notice the darker traits strange behavior.

If Virgil was tired, usually sleep deprived, he would either go to his room or the common room/lounge. And if he did go to the lounge, he would curl up in a ball and rest his head on a small pillow that was always there... for some reason. The traits still don't know.

Anyways, Patton had walked in one him sleeping. Curled up in a ball, Virgil's hair was swept over his face, and he looked peaceful. Patton, of course, smiled and took a picture. He looked at him for a bit, before deciding to walk out and go watch some Stranger Things.

Logan and Roman were second to notice. The four traits of Thomas' Mind were having s movie night in Roman's room, because it s biggest and most comfortable.

They were all sitting on two couches, Patton and Virgil sitting on one. Virgil had leaned into Patton tiredly, nuzzling his face into the fatherly traits shoulder. Patton just smiled, looking at Logan, who has a confused expression.

Virgil, almost asleep, curled up in a ball next to Patton. Not like the kind of ball you curl up in during a panic or anxiety attack, but the kind of comfortable, cat-like kind of ball.

The next day, Logan had woken up and was the only one in Roman's room. He heard laughter coming from the lounge, and decided to check it out.

Roman had his metal crown, and was waving it around the room occasionally. He looked amused, and was laughing. Logan looked to the floor where there was a small black and purple kitten on the floor, running after the yellow dot.

Of course! Logan thought to himself. Virgil turns into a cat! Like how I have my transformation where I turn into a garden snake, Patton turns into a puppy, and Roman turns into a small baby dragon! Why didn't I notice this before!?

He just smiled slightly, and sat next to Roman on the couch. He chuckles, seeing the kitten running and jumping around. Patton had walked in, and smiled widely. He sat next to Logan and Romna, seeing Virgil darting around the room.

After a few hours, Virgil was back to normal, and hanging around in the lounge. Literally. He was on the couch, upside down, on his phone. He was humming a song.

Roman walked in. "Hey, kitten." He smirked, Virgil got startled, and fell off the couch. He fell back, and onto the carpet. He huffed. "Screw you, Princey."

Roman just laughed. "You love me, kitten." He sat on the couch, where Virgil used to reside. Virgil sat next to him. "Why the change in nickname?" He snickered.

Roman smirked. "You turn into a kitten, do you not? You were chasing a beam of light from my crown just a were few hours ago!" He chuckled. Virgil's face heated up in embarrassment. "Shut up." He snickered.

Roman just rolled his eyes, grabbing Virgil gently under his arms and putting him on his lap. Virgil blushed even more, and Roman laughed once more. "What are you doing, you stupid prince?" Virgil asked, trying to sound less flustered, and more annoyed.

Roman smiled...

"This."

Virgil's eyes widened, and he suddenly felt a pair of lips on his. He tensed up at first, but eventually just melts into it, wrapping his arms around Roman's neck. Roman wraps his arms around his waist in return, not breaking the gentle kiss.

They let go after a while, both traits blushing and smiling. "I love you, Kitten." Roman teased, twirling a piece of Virgil's usually messy hair with his index finger.

Virgil blushed even more. "Don't call me that..."

"And I love you to."
