"Oh my god you were amazing!" Kat said as we left the gym after the basketball game

"Duh." She said as we got in my car, we got to the restaurant, I got a table while Kat went to the bathroom. I looked at my phone and saw I had a text from Zach

"So what's up between you two?"

"We're friends who still have feelings for each other."

"Not as much as I used to, it'll take some work to get that back but I miss him."

"You know I support whatever you want, he just better get his shit together." She said making me laugh

After we ate we walked over to the ice cream shop

"I see not much has changed around here?" She said

"Did you expect it too? You've only been gone a year." I said with a laugh.

As we passed Baker Drugs I looked away, we were almost to the end of the block when I heard my name being called

"Perri wait!" I turned to see Mrs. Baker rushing over to us holding a piece of paper

"Hi Mrs. Baker." I said

"Listen I found this in Hannah's room." She said showing me the paper

"I just don't understand what this means." She added and I took the paper and looked at it, it was a web connecting everyone who was on the tapes.

"Why is your name on here Perri?"

"Mrs. Baker I-I really don't know."

"Did she tell you something?"

"No I don't know what this is Mrs.Baker I'm sorry." I said handing the paper back to her

"Perri please I just need some answers, help me please."

"I know but I don't have any answers for you."

"Fine! You won't tell me but you will have to tell the lawyers. I'm going to find out what happened to my daughter." She snapped then stormed away

"Wow she used to be so nice." Kat said

"She's going through a lot."

"That was the paper connecting everyone to Hannah's death." I said

"This is not your fault Perri. You have to stop blaming yourself." She said wrapping an arm around me

"Let me just grab my camera and we can go." I told Kyle as we walked into my room, I was grabbing my stuff to stay the night at his house when I heard him
