Back at it with Chapter 9, this chapter will go into the psyche of why Devin hasn't shown his emotional side to anyone else. But it'll also explain why he is able to use Mineta's quirk. So, I hope you enjoy this chapter and the action that will follow.

The next morning, Devin would be up in the living room as he hadn't slept due to what Deku had told him.

"You should ask the others..."

Devin frowns a bit as he holds his right shoulder, which had a massive bruise from two years ago, causing Devin discomfort.

"Morning!" Denki said as Devin quickly pulled up his shirt, "What's up?"

"...Nothing..." Devin said as Denki grabbed soda from the fridge, "Hey... Kaminari... What was it like? When I left?"

"Hmm? Why do you wanna know?" Denki asks as Devin frowns.

"Just... please, I want to know how much my absence affected you all," Devin said as Denki blinks before sitting down in front of Devin.

"I'll be honest with you, dude... It was hard," Denki said, "Training and keeping up with our studies as well as worrying about you day in and day out. Mr. Aizawa even thought about taking us to the States just to see if you were alright."

"...Why didn't you...?" Devin asks as Denki frowns.

"Everyone wanted to keep our promise to you," Denki said as Devin stared at Denki, who was smiling.

"Which promise was that?" Devin asks.

"The one where we needed to keep training so that one day you could be able to fight us," Denki said as Devin chuckles, "And also so we didn't forget you..."

Devin would stare at Denki, who frowned.

"Yeah, the League of Villains made things more difficult, but everyone got through it alright," Denki added as Devin nodded, "We trained constantly, trying to figure out how to use our quirks more efficiently."

"I could tell from how extremely coordinated you all were in the Sports Festival," Devin said as Denki chuckles a bit, "Honestly... was NOT expecting that."

Denki began laughing hysterically as Jiro stabbed him with her earphone jack.

"OUCH!? WHAT DID YA DO THAT FOR!?" Denki yells as Jiro and the female adults smirked at them.

"You're being too loud," Momo said as Denki pouted with Devin laughing hysterically.

"I'm afraid that's my fault..." Devin said, taking a sip of his tea, "I asked him to tell me what life was... when I left you all so long ago."

"It's in the past," Mina said, hugging Devin, "We can make memories with you here and now!"

"Ashido..." Denki said as Mina blinks before staring at Devin, who was tearing up, "You never got closure from being taken away?"

"No... and that's the DAMNEST THING of ALL!!!" Devin yells as his nephalem quirk energy, which was a royal white and purple intertwining color show, ignited, "I never got the chance to be a teen... to have a life... to have friends..."

"Devin-san..." Momo said as Devin gently pushed Mina off. Devin would grab his jacket as he opened the door.

"I'll be training," Devin said, heading out as Denki frowns.

"Well, that could've been better," Jiro said as Denki would let his electricity ignite, "Sparky... calm down."

"Sorry, babe... it's just... I'm sorry to say this, but I'm glad Dëm died," Denki said, "Godfather or not, what he did. Doesn't excuse treating Devin like a weapon!"

"Denki..." Jiro said as the rest of the guys had gotten up.

"What's got your ass all angry, Pikachu?" Bakugo asks only for Bakugo to be electrocuted by Denki.

"I'm not in the mood for your jokes, Bakugo," Denki said, sitting down.

"Devin?" Deku asks as Denki nods, "What happened?"

"Well..." Denki said as he explained about Devin asking about life after Devin had left with the others listening, "And to put it simply... I think Devin really, really blames himself for not keeping his promise."

"Actually... even before we got here, he was distraught about reading our letters," Mineta said as the others eyed him, "Yeah, I woke up when Devin read my letter, and I saw him crying."

"Yours was the most moving Mineta-san," Todoroki said as Mineta blushed, "Even I didn't think you were capable of writing all you wrote."

"Oh shut up..." Mineta said as he crossed his arms with everyone laughing hysterically.

"Osiris said we can have the day to ourselves since we're training so hard," Izuku said as Geo and the kids entered.

"Yall wanna go to an amusement park?" Geo asks as the group smiled excitedly.

"HELL YEAH!!" Everyone yelled as Jiro chuckled with the adults quickly changing.

"Also, bring any swimwear since it also has a water park!" Geo yells as everyone began laughing excitedly.

Devin would be in a massive computerized training room as he was swinging a sword around.

"I thought I told you to rest," Osiris said as Devin frowns.

"And I'm ignoring your orders. Who else can go toe to toe with the Asuminari?" Devin asks as Osiris frowns at the mentioning of the terrorist group, "They already sent the three tri brothers to Japan."

"Samuel, Jordan, and Ro?" Osiris said as Devin nods with Osiris frowning, "Alright... but please... rest once they're dealt with. And I mean the organization."

"...I will..." Devin said as he continued training. Osiris noticed the bruises on Devin's exposed upper body as well as the sword he was using.

"I see..." Osiris said, exiting and locking the door, "That boy is putting himself through hell... but I guess I can't really judge him now, can I..."

Osiris smiled a bit before he began heading back to the command center located at the top of the tower. Osiris began thinking about the struggle IUA had with the top villain terrorist group whenever he entered the command center.

The command center was a massive communication hub with a massive holographic image of the entire world with different colored lights as Osiris took his seat at the center console.

"Anything about Asuminari?" Osiris asks one of the officers.

"No... which is strange," the officer said as Osiris eyes them, "Well Cloud told us about the Tri brothers attacking Japan, and we have their M.O. from the other attacks."

"... Go on..." Osiris said, approaching him as the officer began typing.

"I think Asuminari is trying to take Devin out of the equation," the officer said, "The patterns of attack make sense."

"Well, if that's the case..." Osiris said, blinking, "Oh no..."

Devin would be walking back to the mansion after training, but he would stop feeling something off.

"What's going on... ARGH!!!" Devin said before a massive chop would knock him out into a male's snowy white arms.

"You have some things I want... Nephalem..." the male said, having a sinister smirk on his face. Devin groans before he and the male disappear from the area.

Meanwhile, everyone was on Piilo enjoying the amusement and water parks as Joseph and Geo would be relaxing in each other's arms as Mineta smiles a bit.

"How's your Displacia?" Momo asks Geo as he smiles a bit.

"Consider me cured," Geo said as Joseph smiled excitedly.

"So... how was taking a Mineta dick?" Mineta asks as Geo flips him off.

"Well, considering we were fucking in a dance studio, believe we didn't keep it locked," Geo said as Joseph blushes, "Oh we were definitely in the moment not to care."

"I see," Mineta said smirking, "Anything else?"

"Yeah, you girls should be jealous of Devin?" Geo said eyeing Momo and the adult Pro Heroes.

"Oh yeah? Why should we be jealous of someone who likes perverts?" Jiro asks as Geo eyes the guys.

"Guys, I'm sorry to say this, no offense, but Perverts know ALL the right shit when it comes to mad jungle sex let me tell you," Geo said as Mineta and Joseph began rolling on the ground laughing.

"I feel offended..." Tokoyami said as the girls were bright red.

"And I just realized how right Geo is, kero," Asui said as Geo chuckles before frowning a bit. Osiris would run over as he panted, "Osiris?"

"Please tell me you all have seen Devin?" Osiris said as everyone shook their heads, "Oh damn it. Asuminari has struck then."

"What do you mean?" Opal asks as Geo frowns.

"The attack on Japan fitted the pattern," Geo said as Osiris nodded.

"They already taken Devin," Osiris said as Mineta was wide-eyed.

"We have to get him back!!!" Mineta yells as Osiris stops him.

"We don't know where Asuminari is located," Osiris said as Geo frowns, pointing to the sky. The group would stare at the massive sky base that appeared as Osiris recognized the insignia of a demonic octopus.

"Those bastards were here the entire time," Osiris said as the image of the male appeared. He had crystals growing out of his shoulders as his eyes were a sickening yellow.

"Greetings IUA, and world," the male said through the hologram, "If you haven't noticed, but I have taken your precious Number One Hero."

"GIVE HIM BACK!!!" Mineta yells as the males chuckles at them.

"You see... he's already underneath my spell," the male said as the hologram pointed to the ground.

"Devin?" Osiris said as a male with pitch black hair wearing pirate clothes began approaching them. Mineta noticed the glare he had.

"Master Oyrx demands your execution," Devin said as Mineta was taken aback by the darkness coming from Devin's voice, "And I shall not fail him..."

Devin would sprint as Opal and Sune attempted to stop him, only to be blown by Devin's soul force quirk.

"ZOCCATO!!!" Devin yells as a massive shockwave of energy rushes out, launching everyone back.

"Devin, STOP THIS PLEASE!!!" Mineta said, crying before his eyes widened at Devin's exposed upper body, which had a massive bruise forming on his back, "DON'T HURT YOURSELF!!!"

"MINETA NO!!!" Osiris yells, seeing Mineta sprinting towards him. Mineta would nearly touch Devin only for a sword to stab Mineta's gut cleanly through. Momo covered her mouth as Deku and the others were wide-eyed.

"Goodbye... weakling..." Devin said, raising his sword.

"DRAGON CANNON!!" Osiris yells as a massive nanorite plasma beam rushes out, launching Devin back.

"Oh, so you would attack the very being you wanted to save?" Oryx asks, laughing."You know how villainous Devin really is..."

"You only controlling his mind!!" Osiris said as Devin scoffed.

"You're wrong... you were holding me back, Commander," Devin said venomously as Osiris was taken a back, "You didn't want me to heal from my Displacia because you know exactly how powerful I am... how much powerful I am THAN YOU!!!"

Devin spat the last part out as his chest glowed solid back.

"That's not true," Osiris said, tearing up, "The Devin I know wouldn't stab his own boyfriend."

"...That Devin has died..." Devin replied as his demon wings appeared, "Along with any trace of this so called Love I have..."

Devin would take off for the sky base as everyone was taken aback.

"Please tell me that this is a dream...?" Deku asks Osiris, who began working on Mineta quickly.

"Unfortunately, no... this is a reality I was afraid would happen," Osiris said as he picked up Mineta, "He needs a blood transfusion."

"Take mine," Geo said as Osiris nodded with everyone following them quickly. The group would reach the hospital wing as Osiris and Geo would enter an operating room while everyone else waited. After several hours, Osiris and Geo returned with Deku approaching them.

"He's fine. Give Geo's blood to work its quirk, and he'll be good as new..." Osiris said as he walked over to the window, having a look of sadness.

"Osiris... you need to tell them," Geo said, frowning as Osiris shook his head.

"I can't... he wouldn't forgive me," Osiris said as Bakugo and the others frowned.

"OSIRIS DELGADO YANG!!!" Geo yells as Osiris stares at Geo's glowing phoenix eyes with the group staring at Osiris.

"Sir?" Opal asks as Osiris frowns at Geo.

"I've known for a while before you ask," Geo said as Joseph was mesmerized by Geo's eyes even more.

"Yes... I am kin to Devin, he's my nephew," Osiris said as Deku approaches him, "I didn't want you all to know... because I knew all about the hell Devin went through."

"What do you mean?" Sune asks as Osiris shakes his head.

"My baby sister and my brother in law," Osiris said, "Died fighting the League of Villains... after Asuminari told them about the Yang, Ying, and Shadow Synergy quirks."

"Hold on... how long has IUA been existing?" Todoroki asks as Osiris frowns.

"Ever since that moment, Dëm and I started the agency as a means for revenge," Osiris said, "But suddenly, after seeing Devin grow up. Meeting you all, it changed to being a protector for all."

"I see..." Andrew said as Osiris sighed with tears flowing down.

"I'm not fit to be a Commander..." Osiris said as Opal shook her head.

"You're wrong. You did what you did to keep Devin safe," Opal said as Osiris nods, "But we need to save him from himself."

"Right," Osiris said as he entered the room, motioning for the groups to follow. They would enter seeing Mineta up and about as Osiris approaches him, "Are you ok?"

"Does heartbroken even begin to describe the feeling?" Mineta asks as the others notice the lack of emotion from Mineta.

"You all, please leave," Osiris said as Geo and Joseph gathered the groups and left, "Sit down..."

"I'm not sitting down, sir..." Mineta said as Osiris frowns.

"As Commander and Devin Artemis Ying's uncle..." Osiris said as Mineta would then stare at Osiris's inverted eyes with a shocked expression, "You most certainly will..."

Mineta would sit down now staring at Osiris, now listening to him.

"First things first... I owe you an apology," Osiris said as Mineta tilted his head, "For ordering Dëm to pull Devin away."

"It was you..." Mineta said as Osiris held up his hand.

"Please listen, then you can attack me all you want, I'm not going to resist," Osiris said as Osiris wiped his eyes with Mineta relaxing seeing Osiris cry, "It was NEVER my intent to keep Devin away from a normal life. After my sister and brother died, I fought tooth and nail to bring down those responsible for my nephew's pain, along with his godfather."

Mineta would hear Osiris's voice tremble in sadness as Mineta looked down.

"I never intended for Devin to suffer from his own mentality after receiving Chelsea's and Dëm's quirks," Osiris said, "I was originally going to send him back to Japan after that happened but... you saw the bruises."

"... What are they?" Mineta asked as Osiris sighed.

"They're caused by Devin's usage of his Soul Force quirk in abuse," Osiris said, "Without proper control. It destroys his mentality much more quickly and internally."

"H-how long?" Mineta asks as Osiris stares at him.

"The same amount of time it was when he left till now," Osiris said as Mineta began crying a bit, holding his gut region, which had a scar from Devin's blade, "We can still save him."

"HOW!? HE DOESN'T LOVE ME ANYMORE!!!" Mineta yells as Osiris jumped over, hugging Mineta.

"Yes, he does... he never stopped loving you and..." Osiris said as he stopped looking at Mineta's arms.

"... What?" Mineta sniffles as he stares at Osiris's shocked expression.

"Are those...?" Osiris asks, pointing to the old scars on Mineta's arms.

"Yes... I was suicidal for a couple of months after Devin was taken," Mineta said as Osiris bit his lip, "What does it matter now...?"

"I have an idea, but it may involve driving Devin to near mental death," Osiris said, "Cause he doesn't know, does he?"

"No, I do my best to keep them hidden, Denki knows, but he's been told not to tell Devin," Mineta explains, wiping his eyes.

"You need to show him... that's the only way to bring him back," Osiris said as Mineta went wide-eyed, "Do you want to see Devin fall?"

"No..." Mineta said, shaking his head.

"Then help him, YOU have to be the one to break his mentality," Osiris stated as Mineta shook his head.

"What can I do?! I can't fight on his level," Mineta replied as Osiris sighed.

"Follow me," Osiris said as he tosses Mineta some pants. Mineta puts them on as he follows Osiris, as does the groups into the elevator, "I want you all to promise me that this doesn't leave this island."

"SIR, YES, SIR!!!" Everyone said as Osiris smiled.

"There's a secret to the Yang and Ying quirks that no outsider knows," Osiris said as the elevator would appear in a massive ancient site. Mineta would easily recognize the symbols and such to Devin's Ying Yang quirk in all of its original beauty, "the reason they're known as the Hereditary Quirks is not because of generation passing but the clans can teach anyone how to use them."

"So...?" Mineta asks as the elevator doors open with Osiris stepping out eyeing Mineta, "Osiris?"

"I'll teach you both quirks so you can stand toe to toe against Devin, Minoru," Osiris said as Mineta was wide-eyed, "Only outsiders close to the clans can learn them. And unfortunately, you're the only one who is very close to the technical Prince of the Clans."

Osiris smirked slyly as Mineta blushed vibrantly with everyone else snickering.

"Second Commander Opal!" Osiris yells as Opal stands at attention, "You're in command until we get back. Train everyone to the level of IUA standards."

"Oh, most definitely..." Opal said, smirking.

"JUNIOR COMMANDER GEO!?" Osiris yells as Geo stands at attention with the kids going wide-eyed at Geo with the exception of Geo's squadron, "Thanks for reminding me who I am. Train the kids to the same expectations as IUA... and no funny business with your boy toy."

"Can do and that last bit... I can't make any promises since you let that Junior Commander bit slip," Geo said as Joseph whimpers, crossing his legs slightly. The groups went up the elevator as Osiris gently placed his hand on Mineta's back, leading him up the stone stares. Mineta's eyes darted around the white and black waters of the falls that created ashy gray colors. Mineta sighed, feeling the Ying and Yang energies coexisting coherently and harmoniously.

"So... when do we begin?" Mineta asks as Osiris handed Mineta a black book, "Oh please, no homework..."

"Actually, Devin never wanted you to see this particular book," Osiris said, peaking Mineta's interest, "Take that and lay on the obsidian altar."

Mineta would approach the obsidian table as he jumped onto it, feeling how soft and smooth it was as Mineta would lay on it, relaxing.

"Now what?" Mineta asks as Osiris throws up an opaque shield around the altar. Mineta would sit straight up but relaxed hearing Osiris's voice.

"I want you to read that, and understand..." Osiris said through the shield, "This is gonna be the only way you can see Devin's emotions."

"Ok," Mineta said as he went back to laying on the table, picking up the book and opening the cover, "Xocai of Devin Ying...? I remember Devin telling me that meant "Diary" in Devin's natural tongue."

Mineta would open the pages and began reading as his eyes widened at the words Devin wrote, describing the two years he was on the run.

"....I never thought I could ever find peace..."

"...My thoughts went to a darker place..."

Mineta's eyes would sample a few sentences of Devin's diary as his lips trembled in sadness.

"Devin... I didn't know..." Mineta said as he continued reading but stopped when a list of names appeared. He recognized Deku's, Bakugo's, and Momo's names off the bat, "These must be entries dedicated to us..."

Mineta began reading the few pages humming and smiling.

"I never thought I could meet someone who could be afraid yet be a hero in the same day... but then again, Deku was someone I could look up to and look at as an equal. His heroics... his courage... Deku, as a person, is the image of heroism."

Mineta wiped his eyes as he continued reading about everyone else. He was moved when describing Todoroki and Momo by their personalities, even Iida, as Mineta stops staring at his name written in golden purple ink with hearts in place of dots on the "I's".

"...I need to know where his heart is..." Mineta said as he turned the next page, noticing how centered the next few pages were.

"Minoru Mineta-kun... that's a name I will never forget. From when I caught sight of him using his quirk in the entrance exam to the shenanigans in the Sports Festival... Mineta was special. Despite everyone calling him a pervert, sick, demented..."

Mineta would chuckle a bit as he continued reading.

"I knew his heart was in the right place, even if he doesn't or didn't realize it right then, and there. I haven't told him nor anyone else this for that matter... but I never thought I would fall head over heels for him."

Mineta would go wide-eyed reading that last bit as he blinks.

"It's strange... but Mineta was someone I wanted to get to know better. But due to everything that happened, I never got that chance... to tell that boy that he deserves so much love and care. There is so much admiration and joy that he doesn't think he deserves."

"Devin... kun..." Mineta said as Osiris began noticing Mineta crying.

"I guess I'll use this diary to confess my love and need to grab that pervert and hold to him as tight as I can. Because I felt like if I blink... I will never get to hold him EVER..."

Mineta places the book down as he places his hands on his face and begins crying hard as the shield begins reacting.

"Devin, I NEVER want to see you by yourself again... I understand now..." Mineta said as his eyes would turn inverted but now had the hazel color to his black eyes, causing Osiris to be impressed, "I don't EVER want to see you hurt... you don't deserve it."

"You've awakened to the full power," Osiris said as Mineta stared at the Ying and Yang quirks, which transferred onto his Pop Off quirk, creating exploding sticky balls.

"Woah!" Mineta said as Osiris chuckles.

"Come, let's join the others..." Osiris said as Mineta nodded before grabbing Devin's diary, holding it to his chest, "I better take that..."

"No, I am holding on to this," Mineta said as Osiris chuckles a bit with both males entering the elevator to join the others for training. The elevator doors would open up to massive streams of acid and explosion coming from all directions.

"This is fun!!" Bakugo yells as the adults and kids are battling Opal and the others with Geo serving as referee. Geo would eye Mineta and Osiris as Geo's eyes widened at Mineta's eyes.

"Oh, you wear that quirk definitely well," Geo commented as Mineta chuckles, "Ready to see what you can do?"

"Yes..." Mineta said as Geo whispers into Mineta's ear, "Woah woah... I can't fight them by myself."

"Yes, you can," Geo said as Mineta stared at Geo, seeing bits of Devin in Geo's eyes.

"Ok," Mineta said as he waited for his opportunity. Osiris and Geo would be spotting as Bakugo and Sune would be about to clash quirks, "There!"

Mineta would sprint over an insane new speed as Mineta would stand in between Sune and Bakugo just as their quirks collided with a massive purple, white, and black shield appearing deflecting Sune's and Bakugo's quirks.

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Bakugo yells in anger as his eyes shoot wide, seeing a smirking Mineta holding both explosion and rasengan in his shields, "Woah... Mineta got an upgrade."

"Oh damn..." Sune said as Mineta chuckles, "I think I am in love."

"Sorry.... I'M TAKEN!!!" Mineta yells, launching the attacks at Bakugo and Sune before throwing his sticky balls at both males, causing several explosions to occur impressing Geo.

"Oh, damn, those quirks really work well," Geo said as Joseph was in awe of his dad.

"Dude, your dad is awesome!!" MJ said as several other kids were watching Mineta attack and defend against IUA and the Pro Heroes cheering him on. After a while, the adults broke a sweat eyeing Mineta.

"How aren't you tired?" Denki asks Mineta, who blinks with Osiris approaching.

"That's because the Ying quirk is an endless supply of energy derived from nature itself," Osiris explains as Mineta goes wide-eyed, remembering about Devin's lifestyle, "Something he told you about?"

"Not us or not much..." Deku said as Mineta wiped his eyes, feeling tears forming, "Mineta?"

"He told me.... after I had an outburst about how lonely it was and he didn't deserve it," Mineta said, "I didn't know that his quirks were connected to nature itself."

"Yes, it is," Osiris said, eyeing Mineta, "I could tell by the way you reacted to the entries about you and your friends."

"What do you mean?" Toru asks as Osiris points to the black book on Mineta's chest.

"That's Devin's diary, something I gave him when I visited Avaine to see my family," Osiris explains, "He never let that go. And has been writing in it ever since."

"He didn't forget about us..." Mineta said as Toru gently took the book and opened it up, reading about Devin's life as her eyes widened in shock, "And his life before coming to UA was as bad as Midoriya leaving us for those months during our time in UA."

"It couldn't be that bad..." Jiro said as Toru handed Jiro his book, "... Oh... my... god..."

"You never hear a thirteen, fourteen, year-old, and describe what he describes," Toru said as Deku and the others began reading, having tears forming.

"I should've told you all this when I first met you all, but I am fucking glad you are all in my nephew's life," Osiris said, "You made my wish and my baby sister's wish a reality."

"The honor is ours, Osiris," Deku said, "Since Devin read our letters, we meant what we said about him. He's our best friend and after reading what he wrote... we don't want to see him in pain."

"Ok, let's not waste anymore time," Osiris said as a massive explosion would occur on La Solga, "Seems like Oryx is thinking the same..."

Opal would hand the Pro Heroes and the kids, bags as the group opened them going wide-eyed.

"Figured you wanna sport new hero costumes," Opal said as Geo eyes Joseph, watching him change, "Geo, you better ranger up!"

"OPAL!!" Geo yells as the kids suddenly eyed him with Opal smiling.

"Wait, as in like a Power Ranger ranger up?" MJ asks as Geo blinks, "Oh that would be so fucking cool!!"

"...Seriously...?" Geo asks tilting his head as Joseph nodded insanely fast.

"All the shows are so cool!" Joseph yells as Lily tilted her head, not being able to watch TV, so she didn't know about what they were talking about.

"What's your favorite show?" Reo asks as everyone thought.

"Jungle Fury!" Joseph said as Geo eyes the others who nodded, "They have the best ranger suits and power!"

"Oh definitely, and I love the Yellow Ranger," MJ said as Geo blinks before stepping back. Geo would pull a pair of colorful sunglasses out from his side pocket, putting them on.

"Did they have glasses like these?" Geo asks Joseph, who nodded, "And the morphing was it... Ready. Jungle Beast, Spirit Unleashed?"

"Yes, exactly that," Joseph said, raising an eyebrow.

"Hehe..." Geo chuckles before pressing a button on the left, "READY!!"

Geo would bring his hands to the left side of his head as rainbow fire emerged.

"CONSTELLATION BEAST!" Geo yells before throwing his hands down with the fire traveling up his arms and onto his body, "SPIRIT..."

Geo would bring his leg up as his eyes turned to the phoenix set.

"UNLEASHED!!!" Geo said, slamming his foot into the ground. The flames would turn into pure constellation energy as it made a white and rainbow suit with the triple claw mark on the chest as a phoenix designed helmet form being solid white.

"Holy..." MJ said in awe as the energy dies down.

"With the majestic flames of the Cosmic Phoenix," Geo said, approaching Joseph, who was wide-eyed and blushing, "Constellation Fury, Phoenix Ranger."

"That is the best fucking thing to EVER happen," Joseph said as Geo raised his arms.

"What? To find out your boy toy is a literal Power Ranger?" Geo questions as Joseph nods.

"To find out I HAVE a fucking Power Ranger as my boy toy," Joseph said as Mineta was crossing his arms impressed.

"All things aside, let's go get Devin back," Geo said as everyone would head out for the explosion site. The group would see Oryx, Devin, and a couple of dozens of soldiers and three generals as Geo frowns.

"Alo, Yu, and Krizer," Geo said as the three generals laughed at Geo.

"You came by yourself?" Yu asks as Osiris and the others appeared, "Oh look, it's the Blunder, Osiris. How does it feel to lose your precious hero?!"

"Oh, I'm getting him back," Mineta said as Devin stared at Mineta's eyes, seeing the invertedness of color, causing Devin to walk over to him.

"Devin," Oryx said as Devin pointed his sword at him.

"No interruptions," Devin said as the leader of Asuminari nodded, commanding the soldiers back as Yu and the other generals stayed near Devin.

"You're up, Mineta," Geo said as Mineta approached Devin, grabbing two strains of his hair, creating the sticky balls, which then turned into swords as Mineta spun them.

"That's gonna take time getting used to..." Mineta said as Devin rushed him only for Mineta to easily counter Devin's sword.

"You're... different..." Devin said as Mineta frowns.

"I had an eye-opening event, and it reminded me why I trained to be able to fight alongside or against you, Devin," Mineta said as both boys kicked each other back, "I know why you're hesitant..."

Devin would rush Mineta and began swinging as Mineta kept blocking and attacking, having learned Devin's mannerisms of battle.

"You don't wanna hurt, you don't wanna kill," Mineta said, looking at Devin, who snarled.

"I've already killed in my life, weakling," Devin said as Mineta remembers the story about Devin losing control of his quirk, "What difference does that make!?"

"Devin..." Mineta said as Devin roars.

"ZOCCATO!!!" Devin screams as a massive shockwave launches Mineta back and across the ground as blood begins dripping down Mineta's forehead, "My emotions... my body... mean absolutely nothing."

"That's not true," Mineta said as he ran over and began attacking Devin, who now had changed styles to confuse Mineta, which worked as Mineta found himself being attacked, "I know you're not a villain... you were mistreated, abused."

"Doesn't matter," Devin said venomously as Mineta was wide-eyed before coughing blood and saliva with Devin's foot kicking Mineta's gut region, "Rising Demon Slash!"

Devin would slash upwards, releasing a pitch black energy that launched Mineta into the air and onto his back as his costume top was ripped off.

"MINETA!!!" Izuku yells as Osiris holds him back.

"Don't..." Osiris said, watching. Devin began approaching before taking an ashy gray disc from his belt, placing it through the sword hilt.

"Spin Sword..." Devin said, spinning the disc as nephalem energy gathered into the blade. Mineta groans before Devin's foot lands on his chest to keep Minoru in place, "Any last words...?"

"I'm done...." Mineta said blankly as Devin was taken aback by the lack of emotion, "It's better off if I did die... all I caused was pain. I couldn't even bring myself to tell you how I felt..."

"..." Devin stares, having raised his sword looking at Mineta.

"But Devin... THIS isn't you... You're so wonderful, caring, and honest," Mineta said, "I honestly thought you would never love me... but I read your diary."

Devin's eyes widen slightly when Mineta says that as Osiris then notices the hesitation emitting from Devin.

"You didn't deserve that pain of being in solitude... you never EVER deserved that pain and suffering," Mineta said, "You belong with us in Japan, in IUA... in my arms..."

Devin's eyes would slowly run over Mineta's body before his eyes widened, staring at the old scars on Mineta's arms.

"...What..." Devin said as Mineta noticed the dejection in Devin's voice, "Are those?"

"...Memories that you wouldn't be able to come back to me... to us, even borderlined thinking you had died..." Mineta said, "So, I went into a really bad depression and nearly ended it all... because I wanted to be with you in the afterlife."

Devin's eyes widened as Geo felt Devin's mentality shatter.

"Like you, I thought that if I blinked... I never would get to hold you and feel your safe and courageous presence," Mineta said as Devin dropped his sword with his hands shaking, "Devin?"

"...T-tell me something..." Devin said, stepping off his chest, "Was I the cause?"

"... Yes... because I never stopped loving you, Devin, and I thought you deserved better," Mineta said, as Devin's fists tightened before Mineta would be pulled into a tight hug.

"Minoru.... I don't want to lose you... never again..." Devin said as Mineta went wide-eyed, feeling Devin's tears hitting his back, "And I'm so sorry for EVER hurting you... I don't deserve your forgiveness..."

"...Will you shut up..." Mineta said, hugging Devin, "For once, shut up and let me into your heart..."

"You're always going to be in my heart," Devin said, holding Mineta tightly. Oryx snarls as Yu frowns.

"THEN YOU SHALL FALL!!!" Yu yells as he launches a massive lunar wave of energy at Devin and Mineta. Mineta would see the wave as he then realized how powerful it was, causing Mineta to whimper in fear.

"...ENOUGH!!" Devin roars, grabbing his Spin Sword and slashed the energy ball in half, causing the Pro Heroes and Villains to be in shock how easily Devin was able to counter it. Mineta would stare into Devin's eyes as his eyes widened, seeing the purple pentagram stars etching into Devin's eyes.

"You dare make me hurt them..." Devin said, clutching Mineta tightly, "For your sick entertainment!?"

Oryx was trembling back as Devin approached the group, gently removing Mineta handing him back to Osiris.

"Please, hold him for me, Uncle," Devin said as Osiris nodded.

"Devin..." Osiris said, handing Devin a small device and black box as Devin stared at it, holding it tightly.

"I don't deserve it..." Devin said, shaking his head as Osiris wrapped his hand around Devin's hand, forcing Devin to grip it.

"Your mother would want you to have it... Nephalem Samurai Ranger," Osiris said as Mineta and the others were wide-eyed.

"No way..." Joseph said as Devin frowns before spinning on his right foot to face Oryx.

"SAMURAIZER!!!" Devin yells, flipping the device, "GO GO SAMURAI!!!"

Devin began drawing the Japanese symbol for Nephalem as Devin swung his arm with the symbol flying around him. A shiny gray and black samurai suit appeared with the alternate symbol for Nephalem appearing on the helmet.

"Rangers Together! SAMURAI FOREVER!!!" Devin said, unsheathing a second spin sword holding the sword in a crouching stance.

"Holy fuck an actual Samurai Ranger!!!" Joseph said as Mineta was wide-eyed taking in Devin's appearance.

"SUPER SAMURAI MODE!!!" Devin said, placing a disc into the black box before pressing a button. A white trench coat would appear over his ranger costume as a second black box appeared on one of the swords, with Devin placing the first box onto his first sword.

"No, no!!!" Oryx yells as the foot soldiers begin rushing at Devin.

"I've never killed anyone..." Devin said, "But today... YOUR ASS IS DEAD!!! ORYX!!!"

Devin rushed towards the soldiers as he began swinging both blades in rhythmic styles and elegance as everyone was in awe.

"Come on!!!" Geo yells rushing in and fought with Devin. The others began rushing in and took out the foot soldiers as Yu, Alo, and Krizer would then rush and began battling Geo three on one.

"Come on, you bastards, I CAN TAKE YOU ALL ON!!!" Geo roars as Lily would use her shadows to knock them back.

"Now, do you think you can take them all by yourself?" Lily asks, taking a stance next to Geo with the other kids sprinting over taking stances.

"Not gonna let you battle them by yourself," Reo said as Geo eyes the others with Joseph rubbing Geo's shoulder.

"Never again," Joseph said as Geo was wide-eyed but nodded.

"Alright, I got something that can end all three of them, but I need to focus three of my constellations spirits," Geo said, standing up, "Can you all buy me time?"

"Hell yeah," Lily said as Geo jumped back.

"CHARGE!!!" Geo yells as the students and IUA kids rushed the three generals. The boys went after two while the girls went after the third one.

"Hey... can I help?" Joseph asks, approaching Geo, "Please... I wanna stand and be by your side."

"Joseph-kun... Ok," Geo said, nodding as Geo and Joseph focused their quirks' energies.

"Let's show them some girl power!" Elaine yells as the girls smile, "Ready!?"

"FIRE!!!" The girls exclaimed, launching their quirks as it began striking Alo rapidly, "Alright!"

The guys would easily knock Yu and Krizer into Alo as Izuzu eyes Geo and Joseph.

"Go for it!!" Izuzu yells.

"Rising Dark Phoenix Slash!!" Geo and Joseph yelled, swinging energy swords launching a massive combined energy sword slash that took on the shape of a phoenix. The attack would clash into the three generals, causing a massive explosion as the group stared with Hannah staring at the two.

"Those two are made for each other..." Hannah said as the other stared at Joseph and Geo fist bumping.

"TRY ME ON!!!" Oryx yells as he and Devin begin clashing their swords with Devin showing off a more expertise than any swordsman known.

"Devin's a badass with swords!!" Mina said as everyone had destroyed the foot soldiers and now was letting Devin handle the boss. Devin frowns a bit, blocking Oryx's massive buster blade sized sword as Oryx laughs.

"You think they'll welcome you back after you destroyed buildings?" Oryx asks, "You're nothing but a ticking time bomb."

"Maybe you're right..." Devin said as Oryx went wide-eyed, seeing Devin's quirk ignite in an outlining effect, "There's nothing that I can do or say that will change their minds... BUT!!"

Devin would shove Oryx back and then kick him in the chest, launching him back.

"That doesn't change the fact that you used me to get to them!! And I'll NEVER forgive you for that!!!" Devin roars. Electricity and vibrations would ignite off Devin's body as Jiro and Denki had wide eyes.

"That's our quirks!!" The pair said as Devin made a massive electric Lance.

"PARALYZING ECHO LANCE!!" Devin yells, launching the spear as it crashes into Oryx, taking it and him straight into the sky base, "I'LL END YOU IN ONE SHOT!!!"

Devin would spin both swords around as they combined into a massive spin buster blade sword. Mineta whistles as Devin places a black, gray, and rainbow colored into the slot on the side.

"Heaven Smasher..." Devin said, closing his eyes before feeling all the natural energy coming into him from the natural source of his quirk, "FINAL STRIKE!!!"

Devin would spin the disc around as a massive ton of power poured into the blade. Deku could feel the strength enhancing of One For All as Devin raised the blade.

"SUPER SHINING CATASTROPHE!!!" Devin roars swinging the buster blade around like nothing and began launching energy slash after energy slash as the attacks would crash into the base, causing a chain reaction explosion before the entire base explodes within seconds.

"Here comes the debris," Devin said before returning to normal as blood began dripping down the sides of his cheeks, "Burnout!!"

Devins eyes shot open as the debris turned to straight black ash that landed on the sands of the beach.

"Woah..." Devin hears the group said as he looked down.

"That's done..." Devin said as Osiris whispers something into his ear, "Alright... better put it on max."

Devin would teleport as Mineta and the others sprinted towards him.

"He's... gonna be resting for a while," Osiris said as Mineta crossed his arms, "But he did tell me to tell you..."

Osiris would whisper something into Mineta's ear before Mineta would sprint back into the tower rapidly.

"What did you tell him?" Geo asks as Osiris chuckles.

"Only what he needed to hear my disciple," Osiris said as Geo raised an eyebrow, being confused.

Mineta would step off the elevator into an almost techno hallway with streams of digitalized energy. Mineta would scan his hand on the terminal as the doors opened up, revealing Devin inside a white crystal with Mineta approaching.

"Devin-kun..." Mineta said touching the glass before feeling his hand being grabbed and pulled into the crystal. Mineta had his eyes shut as a hand gently rubbed his cheek.

"Minoru-kun..." Devin said as Mineta slowly opened his eyes staring at a battered and bruised Devin.

"Devin-kun... how long?" Mineta asks as he rubbed Devin's bruises and old scars.

"Too damn long... and I'm so sorry..." Devin said with tears in his eyes as Mineta's hand rubbing Devin's cheek, "I didn't think you would still love me with all this damage... all the damage I've done to you... I'm a monster."

"You're not a monster... I love you and you love me," Mineta stated, "That should be all that matters... I'll go to hell and back to drag you out of the darkness... just like you did for me."

"Mineta? Stay by my side until I am fully healed?" Devin asks hugging Mineta tightly as Mineta cried holding onto Devin tightly.

"I'll stay by your side forever..." Mineta said as Devin smiles happily. Both males would look at each other before they shared a gentle kiss falling asleep in healing stasis to let Devin's injuries heal.
