Dipper Wakes
"Where am I?" I found myself back in a weird place. I didn't recognize my surroundings.
"Dipper!" Wendy cried.
"W-Wendy?"
"Dipper, you're gonna need to mask your voice."
"Wh...Why?"
"We're in the Northwest Mansion. It was pretty close to where that base was. So when they saw us covered in blood, they let us stay here and brought in professionals to help."
"What about my Lapis blood?" I asked Wendy.
"They didn't ask."
Pacifica entered the room quietly. "Dipper? You're awake?"
"Y-yeah."
She hugged me gently. "I'm so glad you're okay..."
"Thanks, Paz."
My brain clicked information together just then.
I stiffened, causing Pacifica to look worried and stop hugging me.
"Mabel. Mabel. Wendy we need to go find Mabel!"
"We will when you're healed, dude."
"Now."
"From what I've heard, you have no way of getting to her," Pacifica mentioned.
"I have to try. Rejection from someone important would work if I were not half human...I must perform more magic and build my power well."
"Dipper." Wendy said.
"Hm?"
"Watch your voice."
"Oh yeah. Don't wanna freak people out," I grinned, not that sanely.
"A-anyways, you should rest and heal first. You got a nasty chest wound," Pacifica said.
"Don't worry about it."
I changed a spell and allowed the blue magic to fall onto my chest, healing it completely.
"I must request complete silence now, though. I'm not hurting myself even if it sounds painful. I need to check my soul."
I started the process of pulling my soul from my body. Both girls seemed grossed out as an orb came from my chest where my heart is, along with worried due to the sounds of utter and terrible pain.
I think both they and I were disturbed by the slight chuckles that escaped my mouth caused by the pain.
