Juliet's P.O.V
I put my feet up on the desk in Shay's room. He looks at me.

"Can you try not to argue with Prince Seto? For his sister? Come on, she's turning sixteen in a few days." I said. I look at Shay. He lays down on his back on the bed.

"I will if he will." He said. I stand up. Fine I'll talk to him. I leave and walk down the hallway. One of our guards catches up with me.

"You don-"

"Orders from King and Queen, Juliet." He said.

"Fine." I said. I walk outside with my shadow following me. My shadow being the guard. I see a big black cat sitting in an archway. I saw that same cat earlier today. I see Prince Seto walking through that archway and the cat follows him. I follow.

"Juliet I don't advise this." My guard said. Well I do. I go in and stop seeing an open area with a light brown big dirt circle and some fencing with some looking burnet or broken.

"What is this place?" I ask. Then I go inside a building and see someone laying on the ground with a book open next to them and petting that cat I saw earlier.

Prince Seto's P.O.V
I put my hands behind my hand since I'm laying on the floor in my little building to myself since my magic tends to get out of hand. I stare at the magic circle I created floating above me. It just doesn't look right still. I feel a nudge at my leg and black big cat with a white chest and amber eyes stares at me.

"So glad you could finally join me Amarisa." I said. Amarisa licks her paw and uses it to scratch her ear. Amarisa is my familiar. So our minds are automatically linked, we could just talk to each other by thought if we wanted too.

'So what spell you creating this time?' She thought.

'A cool one I hope.'

'You mean compared to what happened last time?' She thought.

I look at her. She flops down on her side against me. She yawns. I stare at the magic circle. I edit it some more as I pet Amarisa's head. She purs and I hear people come in. They are not allowed in whenever I'm in here. It's Psyra rules for some reason. Amarisa hisses.

'Who are these people?' She thought. I see Juliet looking down at me.

'Just a Dusaro, Juliet, and probably her guard.'

"What's with the cat?" Juliet asks. Amarisa walks towards Juliet. "That has to be the biggest cat I have ever seen."

'Yeah well watch what happens when you get too close Juliet!' Amarisa thought. I sit up making the magic circle disappear.

"This is my familiar. Every wizard has one. This is Amarisa." I said. Amarisa hisses at Juliet.

'I don't like this girl. By the way, I felt that you were in pain and you didn't answer me.' You okay? She thought. I don't answer her cause I honestly don't know. I stand up.

"She's cute." Juliet said crossing her arms. I know she doesn't mean that. I look at her guard. "What kind of magic you have?"

"How do you know there are different types of magic in the first place?" I ask. Amarisa rubs herself against my leg.

"I read." She said.

"Arcane." I said. She looks confused. "Arcane magic is circles and spells." Juliet looks at Amarisa.

"Anything special about her?" Juliet asks. Familiars have abilities of their own. Only Arcane wizards have familiars.

"Since when were Dusaroians interested in magic?" I ask. Juliet's eyes look at me.

'Seto I'm getting a bad vibe from this girl.' Amarisa thought.

'I wouldn't be surprised if Dusaro was suddenly interested in magic. Trying to find a way to get rid of me permanently.'

'They will have to get pass me if they want to hurt my wizard.' She thought.

I can't help but smile at that a little. Amarisa has protected me in many cases. She is a great friend and companion. I feel like we became family. We talk telepathically all the time. She can't talk, so it's easier to just read each other thoughts. But they only work if they are directed to each other.

'I'm sure you'll give them a run for their gold.'

'You bet I would.' Amarisa thought.

I didn't even notice that Princess Lucia and Jacob were here and that the Dusaroians left. Kind of happy they did.

"Amarisa your still as adorable as last I saw you!" Lucia said. Lucia pets Amarisa. It's not hard to befriend the Eritaians. It's really not. But they are so kind sometimes, it's kind of sickening. I don't know why. Maybe it's just because I'm a Psyraian. "Can I see your new spells?" Lucia does comes here time to time, she's one of the few I actually trust knowing my magic secrets because well...an Eritaian doesn't break a promise. Lucia stands up and looks at me with excitement in her eyes.

"Sure." I said. Amarisa suddenly jumps on my spellbook.

'No. You used enough mana today. One more spell and you'll pass out. I can sense how drained you feel Seto.' She thought.

'I feel perfectly fine.'

'You know creating magic circles takes alot of your mana. Tomorrow is fine.' She thought.

"Fine Amarisa. I started creating a new magic circle today. So maybe tomorrow. I don't want to do an MO." I said.

"What's an MO?" Jacob asks.

"Mana Overdose." Lucia said. Lucia looks at Amarisa. "I feel like you take care of the Prince more then he does himself."

'I feel like that too.' Amarisa thought. I roll my eyes.

Amarisa's P.O.V
*Few Hours Later*
I walk along the stone wall separating the castle and the city that is the Kingdom. I know I felt pain come from Seto earlier, I just for once couldn't pinpoint it. I'm usually good at that.

"Amarisa!" Someone yelled. I jump a little. I feel arms go around my center and lift me off the wall. Dangit. It's a Psyraian Captain. "You know how we feel about climbing the wall." He carries me down the spiral staircase in the tower and onto the floor. I see little kids playing in the courtyard. No I was avoiding that! He sets me down on the dirt. The guard leaves back up the staircase. I break into a run to go pass the kids. Kids like to grab my fur and tug on it. I hate that!

"Kitty!" One yelled. I run into the castle. Good thing I can outrun. I go down the hallway and down the stairs. I go to the kitchen. The kitchen is huge and also full of food. I see humans working. I cast an invisibility spell on me. I love that I have my own spells. I walk inside and try to avoid them. I see a giant fish on the table being worked on by a chef. I wait in the corner till the go to do something else.

Once the chef is gone I jump on the table.

'Seto hasn't gave me my food yet. So this will do.' I thought. I go to snatch when a voice suddenly appears in my head causing me to stop dead in my tracks.

'And what is that, Amarisa? If your in the kitchen again I'll fry your furry ass.' Seto thought. I really hate this telepath thing sometimes! My spell disappears and the staff looks at me.

"Amarisa!" One yelled. The chef grabs me.

"Get a guard to take this one to Prince Seto." Chef said. A cook leaves. A lady holds some food in her hand. I eat it as a guard comes. They put their arms around me so I'm sideways against them. We leave the kitchen. I see Queen Tara.

"Let me take Amarisa off your hands." She said. I'm handed to Tara. I hate being held. I hate this woman. Especially the King. I had to defend my wizard more then once from the King's harm. I feel a pain sensation hit me again.

'Seto?! Are you okay?' I thought. This sensation is on my...head. Why? I struggle in Tara's arms. 'Did you MO Seto?!'

No answer. The Queen tosses me into a room. I meow at her in protest as I sprint to the door. It closes before I could leave. I stare at it for a moment. I start digging my claws into the door. I stop and climb onto a table. The window is open. I jump out and land on an archway. I walk along it till I reach the edge. I jump down and run into the building that on the corner of the magic grounds. Good thing cats have night vision. I look over at the table seeing him sitting in a chair with his head in his arms. I run over to him. I nudge his leg with my head.

'Seto?'

He doesn't answer. I jump up onto a chair and on the table. His spellbook is closed. This place is like his room. Unorganized. Papers and books everywhere. I nudge Seto's head. The pain intensities in my head. I can sometimes feel Seto's pain if I'm close to him. Far away I can only sense it. Seto is the same expect he can only feel it. I'm starting to get scare. I nudge him more.

'Seto?'

'What Amarisa?' He thinks. I meow in relief.

'You didn't respond. And did you hit your head?'

'A little. I'm fine. Just tired.' He thought. He picks up his head. I sit on the table. He scratches behind my ears. I push my head into his hand. He is working on our map of the realm. I look at it seeing parts of the realm with x's on them.

'How's the search going?'

"We have yet to find another wizard Amarisa." Seto said. I look at his other hand seeing it in bandages under his gloves. Seto must have followed my eyes. "I'm fine."

'Whatever you say. I hope we find another arcane wizard like you.' I see Seto smile a little.

"Why is that?" He asks. He doesn't usually talk to me. I just read his thoughts usually. But sometimes when we are alone, he talks.

'Because I would have another familiar to play with. Maybe another cat or something cooler.'

"Maybe." He said.
