Ira's Pov:
"Just where do you think you're going?" A voice said, Gears and I stopped. We gave each other a look of fear and turned to the direction of the voice, it was Sonic. "We're going to save the world." Gears replied, he was in defense mode as he faced the hedgehog. "Don't make me laugh. You and what army?" Sonic asked, he began walking towards us which caused us to walk backwards to Perfect Infinity's base. "No army now. Let's just have a clean fight." I responded, Gears smiled at me as I went into defense mode. "I am going to enjoy this.." Sonic stated menacingly, he jumped up into the air and tried a spin attack on us.

We managed to dodge in time, I tried to grab my sword (which was given to me by Tails) but, Sonic circled around me until I was too dizzy. I heard Gears' grabbling hook tie itself around Sonic which made the hedgehog fall to the ground. I was about to high-five Gears only to be stopped by Sonic finally releasing himself from the trap. "Enough! Let's see how long you'll live after this!" Sonic stated as he backed up all the way to the base's end. "What does he mean by 'this'?" Gears asked as he got behind me, I felt his body shake in fear. Sonic then started running which lead to him making a Sonic Boom. I held my sword tightly from the sudden speed Sonic gained, I saw him form into a ball as he spin dashed right towards us.

I put my sword right in front of me as I felt a sudden force push against me. I saw Sonic's spin dash in front of me getting faster as he tried to push on the ground. "Gears, I could use some help!" I exclaimed as I felt him try pushing me upwards, he nodded and ran. My knees started shaking as I couldn't take much more of this force, I closed my eyes waitinf for either my death to happen or for Gears to save me. "You really are weak, no wonder you couldn't protect your precious boyfriend." Sonic stated, I felt a sudden rage over take me. "No! I will save Gadget cause there is a difference between me and you! I can listen better than you do." I said as I saw Sonic slow down in confusion until Gears put a flag over him. Sonic was even more confused at the sudden darkness around him, Gears used that to his advantage as he used his grappling hook to tie Sonic once again.

Gears then picked Sonic up and threw him in the air, I could see a small hole in the flag up top. I jumped up and timed my throw perfectly as I threw my sword right through it. Sonic now was struggling to escape as he kicked the pole he was attached to. "Come on Gears! Let's go!" I exclaimed as I ran towards the door, I could sense Gears not following me. "I know this may sound selfish but, I believe the only way for Gadget to come back is for you to deal with him." Gears explained as he smiled, I nodded and saw him run towards the others to help. I face the path I needed to take to get to the red wolf, I sighed and began to run towards the doors to the base.

Hopefully I'm able to win back the Red wolf I loved.
