Gadget's Pov:
I'm finally away from those two, let's see what kind of chaos can be done. Sonic tells me I have to check on a nearby construction site...sounds easy enough to me. I just have to put on that bubbly and kind persona and I'll be good.

"Hey Rookie!" One of the construction workers exclaimed. "Please call me Gadget, it's more comfortable for me now!" I said giving him a smile. "Of course!" He responded leading me towards where the others were. "How is the construction going?" I asked looked at all the constructers work.

They're like bees, always having something to do. Wonder what I can do to mess up the peace around here. "Oh it's going well, at this rate we'll be finished by next week!" He explained rather cheerfully. "Thank you for telling me, I'll be going now." I said waving at him. He just nodded and went away to do whatever.

I started heading back but an idea popped in my head as I felt the phantom ruby glow. "I wonder what I can do..." I whispered as I looked at the gem. What power this tiny gem contains and what chaos it can create. "Um, Rookie-" I was startled and then the worker was thrown back. Everyone stopped and looked at the worker and then at me.

I just smiled innocently and the Phantom Ruby sended out cubes. Everyone started running and screaming as the site started to fall down from the cubes. Some got hurt while others died. It was a pleasant sight to see people suffering. I could feel myself being lifted and floating in the air.

Guessing the Ruby granted me this along with the cubes. I pointed towards a group of people who were hiding. Cannons appeared and shooted right towards them which left them harmed or dead. I just laughed at their stupidity and suffering. I looked around me and flew around the site.

I checked to see how I left everything since I attacked the place. The workers were either dead, passed out, or stuck under something. "Rookie...why would you do this?" The same worker I met up with said. I could hear his tone, it sounded weak much like Infinite. I pulled myself to the ground and walked towards him.
I lifted him up by his neck to which he struggled to let go of my grasp.

"My name is Gadget not Rookie. I did this because it's so much fun to be evil than good." I explained letting him fall to the ground. I let the cubes do their job which was to stab the worker. And that's what they did, he now laid there in pile of blood. I just  chuckled at him, kicking him to make sure he was dead.

I un-zipped my jacket and saw the Phantom Ruby glowingly still. I looked around me to see if anyone was watching, no one in sight. I smirked and flew yet again in the air. "Let's see what else you can do.." I said to myself and I flew towards my next destination.
