My eyes stared at the painted sky as oranges and pinks of all different hues were painted across the sky, the colors mixing and churning the sky to a whole brand new, blue shade.
The sound of rushing water reminded me that I was still outside, back pressed against the railing of the bridge a couple blocks away from my middle school.
I activated my quirk and a small, clear orb of water appeared in my hand. I sat up and twisted it, bending it to my will as the gradients of color filled it, reflecting the forever changing colors of the sky.
There was a slight tapping sound from behind me, and I felt my heart drop as the water sphere dropped into the flowing river below, morphing into it.
I turned around, my (E/C) eyes wide and alert as more tapping echoed through, for the most part, the complete silence.
My eyes shot around me as I guessed the number of people heading my way. Friend or foe, I needed to keep myself alert, as I wasn't, foresay, 'liked', at my school.
Within the minute, a figure appeared, her features highlighted in the brilliant, setting sun that rested at the horizon. Her eyes were a dark, forest Veridian, and her hair was blonde as Armin's.
"Hello, (Y/N)." The girl hissed, as if the word tasted vile in her mouth.
"J-Jericho?" I sputter, surprise and concern filling my voice. "What are Y-you doing here?" I sent a small glare to behind her. "And why are there more people here?"
Her cat-like eyes glared at me, her caked face almost sending its own light on the ground before us. "We just wanted to say hello!" She purrs, a couple more girls joining her at her sides.
"Okay. Now you've said it. Anything else?" My patients wearing thin, by back facing them as I turn to face the water once again, my feet hanging loosely off the edge of the bridge from where I sat on the rail.
"Oh yes. We just were curious..." She begins, her voice coming closer to me as her person appears next to me, her hands gripping the bars in an iron like grip, as if it would go flying away at any moment. "Hows the water down there?" She murmurs in my ear.
Confused, I turned to look at her, but my eyes didn't even get a chance to locate her as I felt her hands on my back as they shoved me over the rail, and down towards the water below.
I didn't even have enough time to use my quirk, as the cement bridge was only meters from the frigid water.
I shut my eyes and held my breath on instinct, but before I touched the water, I felt a hand wrap around my forearm, clinging to me as if the owners life depended on it.
"A-a-are you O-okay?!" I heard a nervous voice ask. I look up to a boy, his hair dark green and he almost seemed to be glowing.
I nodded, noticing the small electric-like bolts that shot around his body as he pulled me up. The second I hit solid ground, I felt my legs buckle, but, once again, before I could hit the ground, I felt a pair of arms wrap around mine, holding me up.
I looked at the boy, his gleaming, emerald green eyes staring into my (E/C) ones. Within the second, his face turns bright red and he begins to stutter something before my eyes flicked to something else.
Jericho was on the ground, fake tears spilling out of her eyes as she clutched her knee, a small scratch visible on it.
"You!" She points towards me and the boy, who still had me in his arms, keeping me up. "Look what you did to me!" She screeches, as if it were a life threatening injury.
"I-im sorry, but I couldn't save her w-without moving y-you out o-of the way--" he stutters, and the second the words leave his mouth, her cat-like eyes glaring into my soul, and sends shivers down my spine, not that the boy seemed to notice.
"C-come on." He murmurs, starting to walk away with me. After we round the corner away from the bridge, the sky was a painted indigo, no pink or oranges in sight.
"U-uh..." He sputters. "W-where d-do you live? Ill w-walk y-you home..." He pauses, his face igniting into hundreds of hues of red. "I-if that's okay w-with you, Of c-course!"
I let out a chuckle, walking beside him as my legs began to work again. "It's okay. My house is only a couple blocks away." I smile. "My names (Y/N), (L/N). You?"
"O-oh! Sorry for n-not introducing myself sooner!" He lets out a nervous laugh and scratches the back of his head. "Izuku Midoriya."
My eyes widen slightly. "Your Izuku Midoriya? The Izuku Midoriya that helped saved Katsuki Bakugo from the Sludge villain?"
He seems to turn more red by the second, if that's even possible.
"Y-yeah..." He murmurs, as if its not impressive.
"You know, Your stupid." I state plainly, causing him to cringe.
He was just waiting for you to talk him down.
"But." He flinches. "That's what makes an amazing hero. Someone selfless." You look at him, Just step up to the front door of your house. "Goodbye, Izuku Midoriya, Future All Might." I turn with a wave, leaving the boy a blushing mess, and myself, wanting to see more of this flustered hero in training.

You sat on the roof, bento in your lap as you snapped your chopsticks apart, the sound echoing through the silence of the empty rooftop, per usual.
After a while, there was loud footsteps leading up to the door, which was immediately kicked open, a girl with blonde hair and a caked face stood there, her vibrant veridian, cat-like eyes locked onto my (E/C) ones. Her lackeys had their hands placed on their hips, as if they were attempting to look intimidating.
"Jericho." I nod my head, turning back to my bento.
"You." She hissed, her tail swishing back and forth in hatred for me.
"Yes. Glad I needed conformation that I was, indeed, myself." I shot. Its not like I was edging her on, I just couldn't hold my tongue.
She let out something between a hiss and a growl as she walked forward, placing a clawed hand on my shoulder.
"Hey girls?" She turns her head to her lackeys, who had slowly creeped up on me. "Why don't we teach the mermaid how to fly?"
My eyes widen in horror as I was pushed from my bench and onto the cold ground, my bento clattering to the ground, the contents spilling on the ground. The two other girls quickly grabbed my arms, hauling me to the edge of the building. And without a second thought,
They tossed me off the roof.

I felt the wind flying past my face as the ground neared. I had to do something before I was squashed like a bug on the concrete below.
I clenched my fists and water appeared below me, and the second I hit it, I stopped.
I stuck my head outside the bubble of water, breathing out a heavy sigh of relief as it popped and my body fell onto the now wet concrete.
Not minutes later, almost everybody had filed out of the building, mostly to catch up on what happened, but Izuku and I were long gone before anyone got near me.
Before this, though, not to my surprise, the first person to my aid, or outside in general, was Izuku. He immediately rushed to me, tears in his eyes as he hugged me, speaking so fast I didn't catch a word he said.
After calming him down a little, we quickly, or as quickly as we could, raced behind the school so we could talk.
The second we were out of sight of any persons, I told him everything. He was silent for a few moments, before he finally spoke, his voice soft and full of something foreign to me.
"(Y/N)... Im so sorry..."
I shift to look at him, his knees tucked to his chest and his eyes trying their best to glare at the floor. "For?" I tilt my head, racking my brain for why he was apologising.
"I wasn't there... I should of been there..." He murmurs, his voice shaking slightly.
"I-Izuku..." I grab his hand, intertwining my fingers with his, his face flushing from the contact. "You know... I'm not stupid."
It was his turn to be confused.
"W-what? O-of cour--"
"I know you've been staring at me whenever you get the chance, ever since I was pushed off the bridge." I comment, eyes still glued to out interlocked hands.
That set him off. His face erupted in brilliant magenta's and dark redish hues. He waved his free arm around in an animated fashion, unaudible stutters escaping his mouth.
"I-Is it really t-that o-obvious?" He finally manages to squeak.
You let out a small giggle, your face slightly blushing as you moved closer with every other second.
"Not really, I guess."
"T-then h-how did y-you notice?" He squeaks, beginning to notice the distance between us closing.
"Because..." My eyes trailed to our still interlocked hands and up to Izuku's lips. "I guess you could say I was looking at you too."
Izuku's eyes widen, his heart beating out of his chest as he felt all his blood rush to his head, heating up his face.
I quickly closed the gap between the two of us, my lips fitting perfectly with his. He almost immediately kissed back, and his free hand found a way to my waist, the other still intertwined with mine.
When we both broke apart, I looked away, face flushing. "S-Sorry.. I've just been wanting to do it for a while..." I murmur. He placed a thumb on your chin, turning your head to face his and causing your face to heat up once again at his new found confidence.
"W-well I kinda l-liked it..."

I closed your eyes, knowing there was nothing I could do as my body made contact with the cold concrete below me.
My body made a sickening crack as an uncountable amount of bones shattered. The pain was almost as unbearable as the look on Izuku's face as he rushed out the building doors, tears already streaming down his face.
I heard my heartbeat pounding in my ears, the pounding slowing with every step Izuku took towards me. When he reached me, he cradled my body in his arms, his teary eyes looking down at me, a fearful look in them.
Blood already poured from my body, the most being from the pool that had already come from the back of my head.
"(Y/N)." His voice was barely audible from the amount of sobs that racked his body as one of his hands attempted meekly to hold the blood that spilled from the back of my head in, trying to keep me alive with all he had.
I reached a slow hand to his face.
Feeling the rest of my blood draining from my body, I pressed my cold hand to his cheek, wiping away tears that streaked his face.
"Goodbye, Izuku Midoriya, Future All Might..." And with that, my eyes shut for the last time, my hand falling to my side as more tears flooded from the green haired boy, sirens coming closer and closer to where the helpless girl laid dead in the boys arms, the same one she wished was her lover.
