"YOU'LL LOVE SHEILA ANGELA! She's nice but don't mention killing church." He said the last part quietly but Angela still heard. He dragged her by her hand to the back of the ship to the opening. Maine heard them and before he could do anything around the corner came Caboose with Angela in hand.

"Whose that Caboose?" Angela asked as Maine was frozen in place.

"Oh that's The Meta. He was a really scary dude who killed tex then absorbed her to power his units that he stole and he was thrown off a cliff by getting dragged by a car." Caboose said oblivious to the situation. "OH MY GOD ITS THE META!" Caboose said about to run away.

"WAIT CABOOSE!" Tex appeared on Maines shoulder causing Angela to he confused.

"Texas?" Caboose asked surprised while no longer being scared.

"Yes caboose it's me and he's no longer the meta. He's Agent Maine again." Tex explained as Angela stayed quiet.

"How are you alive?" Caboose asked as he stared.

"Hold up could somebody explain what's going on?" Angela asked as Tex  nodded.

Back at Blue base Wash was looking for Caboose and Angela since they didn't report in. "Where are they?" Wash asked aloud.

"Oh they ran off to the pelican. Probably because its sound proof or something." Tucker answered while walking by Wash.

"How do you know its sound proof?" Wash asked as he then shook his head. "Actually I don't want to know." Wash then went to Carolina. He would need help with talking to them and dealing with them.

"Hey Wash you talk to them yet?" Carolina asked as Wash sighed. "You need my help talking to them?"

"Yeah." He said as Carolina smirked. She then sped off and grabbed her helmet and returned back. "They're at the crashed pelican." Wash explained before they left.

"So you're saying that you 2 should ne dead but aren't?" Angela asked as she questioned the freelancer and AI. Maine nodded his head as light from outside reflected off. Caboose was staring at Maine and noticed how badly damaged his armor was.

"Do you need new armor?" Caboose asked as Maine was a bit taken back.

"Maine asked of you had any spare suits or something." Tex asked relaying Maines thoughts.

"No I can build you one." Caboose said as he smiled. As he was about to run off he stopped as he saw Wash and Carolina standing their shocked.

"Wash..... Carolina....." Tex said as church then appeared on Carolina's shoulder. "Asshole." Silence filled the pelican as the 3 freelancers, 2 AIs, and soldiers looked back and forth at one another.

"Angela, Caboose," Wash said calmly slowly grabbing a BR off his back, "back away from the meta now."

"Seriously Wash? After all we've been through and this is how you act?" Tex asked as Wash paused.

"How are you 2 alive?" Carolina questioned aggressively as Angela and Caboose were grabbed by Maine and brought behind him protectively.

"Well we honestly don't know. All I remember is being stabbed in the face before I woke up as an AI in maines failing suit which by the way is still failing." Tex explained her story. "As for Maine all he knows is that he woke up being pulled out of the icy water by what he can only say is a ghost."

"Who was it Maine?" Carolina asked as she lowered her voice. Maines protective posture dropped a bit.

"He says it was York...." tex said as Carolina froze up herself.

"Look if I may interject. Why don't we continue this back at base after we either repair or replace Maines armor." Angela suggested as Wash sighed agreeing.

"We probably should." Wash said.

"I CAN MAKE US ALL COOKIES AND ORANGE JUICE!" Caboose cried out causing Maine to be more taken back.

"Yes Caboose you can." Angela said before kissing him on the lips.

"Wait when the hell did caboose get a girlfriend?" Tex asked.

Over at Red base Lopez was working on top of the spire on the base when the glinting of something his his helmet. He looked down over to the blue base to see Maine walking in behind some lady in blue armor. When Lopez jumped down from his work he landed in front of sarge who wasn't fazed. "Nice try Lopez but you can't scare me."

"el meta esta aqui!" (The meta is here!) Lopez cried in his robot voice.

"No Lopez I don't think anything can scare me." Sarge said in a cocky attitude.

"escucha el imbécil! meta!" (Listen moron! Meta!)

"Well yeah I guess the meta is a scary for but in the end we killed him. And Griff lived. I guess it was a win lose scenario."

"hijo de perra." (Son of a bitch.)

"Yes Lopez we are heros." Sarge said before lopez couldn't take it anymore. He grab his head and ripped it off before throwing it against the wall.

"Woah what's with lopez?" Asked donut as Sarge shrugged when Wash came over asking for doc to come over. Saying that caboose shot himself in the foot again.

Back at blue base Maine was sitting in the medical bay with Angela naked as she was trying trying to get him both healed and take a blood taste at the request of Wash before he left. The rest of Blue team besides caboose who was looking for spare armor parts stood outside the door deciding what to do. "What are we going to do?" Tucker asked.

"Well he seems to be himself again. Only... well broken in a sense." Carolina said quietly.

"You yourself seem broken what happened?" Tucker asked jokingly and instead of a response he got nothing.

"What's up guys?" A cheerful voice asked as blue team looked at a cheerful doc and a worried Wash. "So wash told me Caboose shot himself again. But he isn't complaining so that's not true."

"Well dock....." tucker said starting out. "Remember O'Malley?" Doc nodded confused. "Remember Agent Maine?"

"Yes.... so much alien death." Doc shuddered. "But he's no longer around. He was literally thrown off a cliff by a car and sent to a deep watery grave."

"Yeah about that......" Wash said as he opened the door to the medical room to show Maine laying on some sorta scanner that showed an image of his brain.

"Nope." Doc said turning around only to be stopped by Carolina pointing a plasma pistol at his face.

"You are going to help him. Now." She demanded as Wash lowered her weapon.

"Carolina. Calm down." Wash said lightly.

"Why do you need me? It seems you already got a medic. Wait when did you get a new medic? Was she the one screaming for Caboose?" Doc asked making Angela blush as Maines brain scan started to show different colors all over.

"We got her yesterday and she's dating Caboose. We're you there for Cabooses letters?" Tucker asked as doc shook his head. He was busy examining Donut at the time.

"No why?"

"Well Apparently Maine is Cabooses father." Tucker said sadly. "God if I say anything about Caboose now I'll get a knife up my ass."

"Her name is Angela. She is a new medic and is actually a real doctor. Only downfall is she doesn't have as much experience with Maine as you." Wash said as Doc sighed.

"Fine but if something happens to me then I'll make sure O'Malley comes out." Doc warned as then he laughed evil like. "Yes you fools will deal with my wrath." Doc coughed slightly. "Sorry now let's see the patient."
