Okay so yeah trailer, I'm panicking, Steven has finally lost his shit.

I noticed how the all the characters that were coming back were not only just the villains left alone in the past seasons but were also the same villains that haunted Steven In mindful
education. His past is coming back to haunt him and he's going to have to face it even if he doesn't want to.

He is in distress evidentially and it's most likely Because of his mother, he knows he's not her so he just doesn't like it being brought up, a few other shots that most likely take place in the same area as the in the photo, evident by the background and overall sense regarding the things happening in those screen shots

I believe pink pearl brings up PD and this annoys Steven, she most likely doesn't quite grasp the PD herself is completely gone and calls Steven by 'my diamond' and he doesn't like this, that's just his nature, but now the circumstances are different because he feels all of that is behind him, he believes that nothing should happen or will happen when the title 'my diamond' is appropriate, and he goes apeshit cause pink pearl doesn't get it and he smashes the floor or the wall.

When I look at the picture (picture before the one above this text) I get the same vibe as when PD shattered the window on the jungle moon base in together alone.

And I guess Steven gets the same feelings as he goes from enraged to horrified and shocked at A. What he's done B. His new appearance C. The similarity to his mother.
Cool thought though: I don't think Steven punches anything, I believe it's similar as the SHES GONE we've gotten before because it's on the same subject. A gem believes he's pink but he knows he's not, and the fact they don't get and they insist he is PD makes Pink Steven snap and shine through Steven with his famous and appropriate response thus shattering the floor the same way it did in CYM.

All this rage is mainly on his mother, she started the war, she lied, she hurt the gems that were or still are after him and he repressed these emotions but when it all comes back to swing at him he snaps and tears them a new one.

Jasper doesn't understand that Steven is a different person but with powers "you aren't my diamond." She states, she still calls him a diamond, although it is true that he is a diamond, the statement is more along the "I still hold her as my superior and I expect you to hold to that." Kinda vibe and Steven isn't pleased, especially not in the battle between the two, when she has him pinned and I can only imagine she is spewing poison at him through words (like she normally does) and it tips him off.

Over all I'm just excited to see Steven go ape shit, a rare sight.
