"You believe in deity of Jesus, right? You're Catholic."

"Do you sometimes... Scully, do you sometimes think that you might have been chasing a dream that's not real?"

"No, Mulder. You're the one chasing a dream, I just have faith."

"How do you deal with that, Scully? What do you do when you think you might believe in something that isn't right?"

"Mulder, if I thought it weren't right then that would mean that I had no faith. Sometimes we have a crisis of faith, and if we get through it then it strengthens our faith."

Scientific proof shows me what to believe based on evidence, but there are so many things that have not been addressed by our research. We have no means of measuring spiritual connections, yet mankind has always held spiritual connections to be highly significant."
