KAILANI HESITANTLY SITS at the table in the McCall household since Scott practically demanded her to not move from that spot until Stiles arrives so the two of them plus the girl can go over the plan regarding Liam.

Kailani sighs hearing grunts from Scott's bedroom where Liam currently is doing what—Kailani has no idea.

The minute the McCall male entered his house with Liam in his arms thrashing annoyed and Kailani following behind the two of them.

Scott planted Kailani in the kitchen and took Liam upstairs away from the brunette girl.

Kailani shoots up from her slouched position seeing Scott opening the front door letting Stiles walk in.

"Like I said... I told my dad everything I could." Stiles explains embracing Kailani upon seeing her, "But you didn't tell him about Liam?" Scott quizzes.

"You barely told me about Liam! What did you do with him, anyway?" Stiles questions with a squint.

"He's upstairs." Scott explains awkwardly seeing Kailani sharing the same confused expression with Stiles.

"Doing what?" Stiles wonders, "Lying down." Scott responds trailing off seeing Kailani huffing and rushing up the stairs.

"Go after her!" Stiles exclaims following Kailani into Scott's bedroom seeing her frowning at the lack of Liam in the bedroom.

Scott motions to his ensuite bathroom pulling open the shower curtain revealing a panicked Liam taped in the bathtub.

"Oh my god." Kailani shrieks bending down to pull the tape of her friend's mouth feeling Scott pulling her away from him unsure if his a threat just yet.

"He won't hurt me. Now let me go." Kailani growls looking at the true alpha who nods gesturing for Stiles to follow him out into the bedroom taking a seat on his bed.

Kailani stays in the bathroom with Liam, "They won't hurt you. And that's a promise." Kailani mumbles after hearing Stiles whisper something about burying his body in the desert making Liam cry out muffled at the tape covering his mouth.

"Lani! Bring him out here!" Stiles demands, "Sir. Yes, sir." Kailani mocks gently helping Liam out of the bathtub into Scott's bedroom where said male and Stiles roughly place him in a chair.

"Liam, we're going to take the tape off your mouth, if you scream, it goes right back on. If you talk quietly, it stays off, got it?" Stiles questions while Kailani stands beside the bedroom door with a smirk on her face.

Liam nods in response keeping his eyes on the brunette behind the two boys, "Okay." Stiles whispers ripping the tape from Liam's mouth hearing a pained wince from the boy.

"Be gentle!" Kailani snaps still standing behind Scott and Stiles, "Sorry." Stiles says lowly looking at the Hale teenager.

"Okay, Liam, now, you've seen a lot of confusing things tonight and more confusing things are going to happen because of the confusing things that happened tonight, do you understand?" Stiles quizzes in a ramble making Kailani, Liam and Scott frown confused.

"Not really." Liam responds lowly, "Good. That's good." Stiles replies pointing at him, "I don't understand, either." Scott mumbles.

"Yeah same. God, you confuse me sometimes." Kailani admits holding onto her temples receiving a glare from Stiles in response.

"Maybe you should tell him." Stiles suggests facing Scott who looks around his bedroom awkwardly.

"Tell me what?" Liam snarls angrily, "Liam, what happened to you. What I did to you, which I had to do to save you? It's going to change you." Scott explains.

"Unless it kills you." Stiles says grunting feeling a hand hit the back of his head.

"Shouldn't have said that." Stiles mumbles seeing the pissed off look on Kailani's face, "No shit." Kailani mutters in a mocking tone.

"What?" Liam questions overwhelmed looking around the room whimpering, "Uh. Uh-oh, oh-oh, is he.. is he crying?" Stiles quizzes hearing the boys scared whimpers.

"Liam, it's okay. You're going to be all right. You're not going to die." Scott states firmly bending down to comfort the upset boy, "Probably not." Stiles suggests in a mumble.

"Shut up Stiles!" Kailani exclaims motioning to Liam looking at the ground biting his lower lip.

"Okay. Possibly not." Stiles responds raising his hands in surrender after Kailani hits him once again in annoyance.

"Would you please just help me untie him?" Scott quizzes gesturing to the tape keeping him in place on the chair.

Kailani looks at Liam noticing the mischievous look on his face feeling himself being freed, "Liam, are you okay?" Scott asks standing up.

"We're sorry about that. We're really sorry..." Stiles apologises being interrupted by Liam slamming the chair into them knocking Scott on the ground and Stiles looking at him stunned.

"Liam, what the hell is your—" Stiles exclaims before being punched in the face and also knocked onto the ground.

Liam looks at them annoyed before facing Kailani who waves playfully, "Go! Now, you dummy!" Kailani exclaims motioning to the hallway so he can escape.

Liam nods rushing off into the hallway looking at his injured foot shocked hearing grunting and breathless pants coming from the bedroom seeing Scott and Stiles falling out of the door looking at him.

"Get him!" Stiles exclaims running at the teenager alongside Scott tackling each other down the staircase making Kailani laugh under her breath seeing her two idiotic brother figures fighting over each other's feet.

While Liam escapes out the front door with the help of Kailani using her magic to open the door wide receiving a shocked but happy look off Liam before he runs away from the McCall house.

"That was entertaining!" Kailani voices with a giggle seeing Scott and Stiles glaring at one another while looking out the front door and into the neighbourhood.

"Why didn't you hold him back?" Stiles mutters facing Kailani who shrugs with a smirk.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Scott told me to stay put so I listened." Kailani winks walking out of the McCall house dialling Derek's number so her older brother can come and pick her up.

"Your plan sucked, too!" Scott utters in the distance while waving goodbye to Kailani who's waiting on the gutter for Derek.

After being picked up by her older brother and walking into the loft to sleep and be well rested for school tomorrow.

Kailani shrieks seeing her uncle on the ground with a tomahawk pledged into his chest.

"Uncle Peter!" Kailani exclaims rushing towards the man helping him stand up and lean against the table in the middle of the loft.

"You go rest Lani. I'll take care of him." Derek suggests receiving a nod from the brunette girl who walks up the spiral staircase to her bedroom using a magic cloaking spell to tune out her uncle's painful screams downstairs.

THE NEXT MORNING, Kailani hurries out of the loft mumbling a quick goodbye to Derek and meeting Kira and Lydia in the parking lot.

"Thanks for driving me." Kailani smiles getting in the backseat of the strawberry blondes car, "It's not problem at all." Lydia explains driving out of the parking lot and towards the school.

Liam walks into the school corridor from outside panting due to running to school after catching the bus, after a while of walking around avoiding Scott and Stiles.

Liam knocks into someone standing at their locker, "Crap! I'm so sorry!" Liam voices looking up from the ground seeing Kailani smiling at him awkwardly.

"Don't apologise. It's all good." Kailani responds with a nod while hearing Liam's panicked breathing.

"You okay?" Kailani frowns sensing the anxiety, "What? Oh yeah. Just keeping an eye out for your weird friends." Liam chuckles looking at Kailani who giggles and nods.

"Yeah. They're weird. Anyways, I've got to get to class, wanna walk with me?" Kailani offers gesturing in the direction of their class.

"Sounds good." Liam confirms holding onto his backpack strap walking beside Kailani near the locker rooms.

Liam groans coming to a halt seeing the two rushing towards them in the hallway, "Liam, hey!" Stiles exclaims stopping the two teenagers in the corridor.

Kailani huffs annoyed being sucked into yet another awkward conversation with the two older males.

"We need to talk." Scott utters, "No. You need to back the hell up, okay? Both of you." Liam snaps looking from Scott and Stiles.

Kailani smiles noticing that he didn't include her in staying away from him, "Can you just listen for one second? Please?" Scott begs.

Liam looks at him gesturing for him to continue talking, "Liam, we're brothers now." Scott voices irritating Kailani and earning a groan from Stiles.

"Oh god. That's..." Stiles mumbles shaking his head in disbelief looking at Kailani who squints her eyes at the alpha.

"Really? You're using my older brother's words now? Seriously!" Kailani mutters.

"What are you talking about? We just met, and you bit me!" Liam exclaims pissed off.

"The bite. The bite is a gift." Scott murmurs earning yet another laugh from Kailani at the old words her brother used on Scott when he was first bitten.

"Scott, stop! Please, stop." Stiles pleads now standing beside his best friend facing Kailani and Liam now.

"No seriously, stop with repeating Derek's words!" Kailani begs folding her arms across her chest with a smirk on her face.

"You! You, we're trying to help you, you little runt!" Stiles says pointing at the Dunbar male who squints at them in confusion, "By kidnapping me?" Liam questions.

"Just to clarify. Scott kidnapped you, okay? I aided and abetted and let's not forget Lani was there too!" Stiles states motioning to Kailani who glares at him in response.

"Liam, I've gone through this before, something's happening to you, something big." Scott explains.

"Nothing's happening to me, nothing!" Liam mutters walking away from the two older boys and Kailani.

Said girl glares at both of them before slapping both of their hands and following where Liam just walked off towards knowing they share the same class together.

"So, are you gonna talk to me or should I sit somewhere else?" Kailani questions motioning around the classroom.

"Just sit down you doofus." Liam responds with a chuckle motioning to the seat.

Unaware that Kailani's looking at his now healed arm anxiously.

Outside by the buses during their lunch break, the pack stand around the buses quietly discussing their plan for Liam since it's quite obvious he's turning into a werewolf.

"I'm not sharing my basement." Malia shrugs standing beside Kailani and Stiles.

"Actually. It's my basement. And my mom noticed how you tore it up last time." Lydia voices.

"All right, she's still learning." Stiles says sticking up for his girlfriend.

"And she's doing a great job!" Kailani confirms since she's been with them during the full moons due to having a close bond with the werecoyote.

"But we're going to use the boathouse for Liam, it's got support beams, we can chain him to one of them. Lani you're helping us as well." Scott states receiving a salute from Kailani.

"I mean, you could've just asked. Instead of demanding it. But alright." Kailani responds with a shrug.

"But how do we get him out to the lake house if he doesn't trust us?" Kira wonders.

"I say, if it keeps him from murdering someone, we chloroform the little bastard and throw him in the lake." Stiles suggests, "I'm in!" Malia happily chimes.

"We're not killing or kidnapping him!" Scott responds firmly, "Yeah we're not killing him!" Kailani exclaims agreeing with the McCall male who smirks seeing how quick Kailani comes to Liam's defence in conversations.

"Then let's be smarter. We tell him there's a party and invite him." Lydia voices in a suggestive tone.

"So, you're going to ask out a freshman?" Stiles questions, "No, I'm done with teenage boys. But he already likes someone here." Lydia explains facing Kailani who raises her brows.

"No! I'm not tricking him about the party. He's my actual friend and I'm lucky his giving me a chance since Scott kidnapped him and decided to quote my brother." Kailani explains seeing Lydia smirking at her before nodding.

"Okay, if we're playing a trick on someone. Why not use the trickster?" Lydia questions now facing Kira who looks at them confused.

"Who, me? No way. Not me." Kira states shaking her head, "Yes, you! You know what they call a female fox? A vixen!" Lydia explains with a smile.

"Me?" Kira squeaks anxiously, "You can do it, Kira. Be a vixen!" Kailani winks.

Kira looks at them unsure before eventually giving in and following after Kailani and Lydia who offer to give her some fashion tips.

KAILANI PACES THE LAKEHOUSE nervously knowing that Kira is currently on her way to the said destination with Liam.

After school Kailani called Derek and explained to him what was going on and how she won't be home tonight as she'll be with the pack.

Derek approves and asks for updates to know she's safe and not injured somewhere.

Since their family died in the fire and Cora left Beacon Hills to stay in South America again.

Derek has felt responsible for his younger sister and practically raised her since the deaths of their traumatic past.

Kailani looks up from her standing position beside Malia seeing Scott pulling into the driveway on his motorcycle.

"I just talked to Kira, she's on her way. She said it's all going fine" Scott explains noticing Stiles's anxious face.

"It's not that. I have to tell you something. I asked around about Liam. I know why he got kicked out of his last school." Stiles explains anxiously.

"This is going to be bad, isn't it?" Scott asks in a mumbly voice.

"He kind of got into it with one of his teachers, and the kid's got some serious anger issues." Stiles responds pulling something up on his mobile phone to show the true alpha.

"How serious?" Scott questions almost afraid to know the answer, "Well, that's his teacher's car. After he took a crowbar to it." Stiles says showing him a photo of the said teachers car and the damage on it seeing Kailani biting her lip and pacing on her two feet back and forth.

Lydia leads them inside the lakehouse awaiting for Kira and Liam's arrival seeing headlights pulling up in-front of the house.

Kailani purses her lips seeing Liam and Kira walking in through the main door.

Said boy looks at everyone in the room in annoyance before looking at the brunette with the slightest bit of betrayal set in his chest.

"What the hell is this?" Liam snarls at everyone, "Think of it like an intervention, you have a problem, Liam." Stiles starts to explain looking at Scott to finish the sentence.

"And we're the only ones that can help." Scott states looking at the male who's the same age as their own Hale tribrid.

Eventually after a while of explaining everyone's abilities to Liam, the boy sighs looking at everyone in the living room especially Kailani who avoids eye contact with him.

"Werewolf? Tribrid? Werecoyote? Banshee? Fox?" Liam repeats pointing at everyone except for Stiles who nods in confirmation about their abilities.

"Kitsune. But fox works." Kira shrugs, "What are you?" Liam questions looking at Stiles.

"Uh. For a little while, I was possessed by an evil spirit. It was very evil." Stiles mumbles awkwardly, "That's an understatement." Kailani whispers lowly.

"What are you now?" Liam quizzes, "Better? Um..." Stiles awkwardly responds looking at everyone for approval.

Liam sighs seeing the chains placed on the coffee table in front of the pack.

"Are those for me?" Liam questions, "No. They're for me." Malia responds flashing her piercing blue eyes at him shocking him.

"How did you do that?" Liam exclaims alarmed, "You'll learn. But first, you need to get through the full moon." Scott responds.

"The moon's already out." Liam states irritated, "And you're starting to feel something. Aren't you?" Scott questions.

"I feel like I'm surrounded by a bunch of psychotic nutjobs! You guys are out of your freaking minds! I don't know how you did that eye-thing, and I don't care. I'm walking out the door right now, and if any of you try to stop me. I swear to god, I'm gonna..." Liam yells growing more and more aggressive before screaming out in pain feeling all the powers heighten inside of him.

"What's wrong? Liam?" Scott wonders worried, "You don't hear that?" Liam grunts while multiple cars arrive outside.

Kailani sucks in a deep breath seeing and hearing multiple teenagers laughing and screaming outside happily.

"Did you tell someone about this?" Lydia questions while Kailani walks closer to the male wanting to help him.

"Kailani and I's friend, Mason," Liam explains with a pained grunt, "You said it was a party." Liam explains groaning.

"Who did Mason invite?" Stiles wonders hearing the crowd out of teenagers outside cheering.

"Everyone." Kira reveals looking outside, Kailani notices Liam falling onto the floors with his claws out ready for an attack.

"The floors! Get him off the floors!" Lydia exclaims rushing towards the angry wolf.

Liam growls in her face showing his canines and glowing golden-yellow eyes as a warning.

"Lani, we need to get him to the boathouse. Now!" Scott demands seeing Kailani nodding in agreement and placing her arms around Liam's waist not caring if he hurts her in the process.

"Come on Li, you've got this!" Kailani explains leading them towards the boathouse with Scott and Kira running after them.

Kailani flashes her eyes showing him she's not scared of him, Liam growls under his breath feeling a sudden pull in his chest that wants to get more closer to the brunette Hale.

Liam snarls at Scott and Kira feeling suddenly protective over the brunette, "I got him. Get his hands!" Scott shouts seeing Liam aiming his claws towards his face.

Liam thrashes himself forwards sending Scott and himself onto the ground where Liam is growling and raising his hand to slash Scott.

Kailani whispers a sleeping spell under her breath while Kira knocks him unconscious with one of the spare oars that was lying around.

"Oh, god! I didn't kill him, did I?" Kira exclaims panicked seeing Liam's unconscious figured lying on the wooden floor.

"No. He's out cold." Scott says looking at Kailani who blows on her fingertip showing him it was her that casted a sleeping spell on him.

"Thanks Lani." Scott sighs in relief exhaling deeply, "I hope Stiles is having better luck." Kira says breathless as well.

Kailani grabs her phone from her pocket loading up one of the games on the mobile knowing it's gonna be a long night for herself and the couple smiling at one another by the water.

Kailani minds her own business while playing the game on her phone.

"He looks so young." Kira quietly says looking at Liam's unconscious figured lying beside Kailani.

"He is. He's only fifteen. The same age as Lani." Scott sighs, "What are we going to do with him?" Kira questions.

"We're going to help him." Scott responds seeing Kailani's lips form into a smile hearing that even though she's still focused on the game.

"What if he doesn't want our help?" Kira wonders, "He will. I mean... look at their connection already. If not for us then definitely for her." Scott mumbles motioning towards the younger teenagers in the boathouse.

After a while of silence and sitting by the water, Scott and Kira sway to the music being played up at the lakehouse.

Kailani looks around suddenly feeling a wave of emotion come from beside her since Liam groggily opening his eyes before releasing another low snarl in a warning way.

"Guys! We might have a problem!" Kailani exclaims seeing Liam growling at them but still not her.

Before jumping out of the window shattering the glass and running into the woods away from the three sharing nervous looks with one another.

SCOTT SETS OFF AFTER Liam while Kira and Kailani return back to the main-house in search of Lydia.

"Oh, Lani! There you are, where's Liam?" Mason asks seeing his friend walking into the lakehouse.

"Oh. Actually I don't know, but Mase, where's Lydia?" Kailani questions alarmed.

"Upstairs. She was freaking out about spilling some wine on the carpet." Mason explains.

"Thanks Mase!" Kailani exclaims rushing up the stairs with Kira behind her walking into the room Lydia's scent is coming from.

"Lydia?" Kailani frowns confused seeing said girls focused face staring at tape player on the floor before hearing nothing around them realising that the room is soundproofed.

"Hey, Lydia? Are you okay?" Kira questions, "What you do you hear Lyds?" Kailani asks noticing the look of realisation on her face.

"The key. The key to break the code." Lydia states with a gasp quickly grabbing her laptop and pulling up the document from earlier when Kira and her were in class.

Kailani watches from beside the strawberry blonde while she types the key into the keyword seeing the name that makes her heart ache a little bit more.

ALLISON

Lydia looks at the two girls before pressing enter immediately making the laptop beep and load up a bunch of names on the list.

Kailani inhales seeing her name underneath Scott's with the number 40 labeled beside it.

"What is this?" Kira questions seeing her own name on the list with 6 labeled beside it.

"It's a list of supernaturals in Beacon Hills." Lydia explains seeing her name with 20, Scott's with 25 and Derek's with 15.

Kailani sucks in another deep breath seeing the number beside her big brother's name.

"It's a Deadpool and we're all on it." Lydia mutters staring at the laptop screen.

"Fan-fucking-tastic!" Kailani mutters in annoyance sharing a look with Kira and Lydia.

Before facing the laptop screen again in disbelief more people are coming after them.
