Avneet waited till her grandpa's breath became so shallow. Her eyes were pouring out but her heart was saying she is doing right. Once she felt his breathing was so heavy she stood up and ran out calling for her chachu...

Chacha: what happened princess....why are u running like this...

Avu: chachu...grandpa is breathing heavily...please come...

Chacha: what...where is the nurse...he asked running towards the room.

There her grandpa was still heavily breathing when the staff nurse was trying to stable him.

Chacha: what the hell happened....
where were u....

Nurse: s..sorry sir...i just went to washroom...he is sinking we have to shift him to hospital immediately....

Chacha: shit....(turning to Avneet) princess u be here ok...i will come now...he said calling someone to get his father to get to hospital.

Avneet stood there watching everything silently. Then she remembered the CCTV is off...she quickly ran to her room and switched it on and done some work to show that all the time the corridor was empty till she came to the room. Studying ethical hacking was giving a hand...

Soon her grandfather was taken to the hospital. She wanted to stay back as she have to get sid out of here but her bad luck her chacha took her too to the hospital. She was thinking what to do and she messaged Vaishu that Sid will be there in the basement with some guards only and they can attack easily...she believed that Abhi's guards will take down her mafia men...

Abhi was glad that they got some help from Avneet. He knew very well that Avneet will lose her grandfather if they rescue sid. But he was glad she doing it but also he was confused why she was ready to lose her loved ones for his brother. They were on the way to Goa and after reaching there they have to hurry as Avneet has gotten her grandpa admitted in hospital anything can happen now and they have less time...

Here in hospital Avneet's grandpa was rolled into emergency room and she was waiting outside. She was praying her plan should work. They were waiting when the doctor came out.

Chacha: how is he doctor...is he stable...

Doc: sorry Mr. Nandra...but his condition is really critical...his heart is not responding...now he is on life supporting machines...

Chacha: oh no...we are about to do the surgery doctor..we were about to shift him to our hospital in Dubai...

Doc: No..no Mr. Nandra...he can't be shifted now...at this condition flying is really a huge risk...

Chacha: what shall we do doctor...umm..do one thing...do the operation here itself...

Doc: but Mr. Nandra....he needs a heart...it's not that easy to get a heart...

Chacha: don't worry about that...the donor is ready...i will get him here...u get ready for the surgery...

Doc: are u serious Mr. Nandra....it's not just any other organs that u can donate freely....even the other organs should donated with so much procedures...this is heart we are speaking about....

Chacha: I know that very well doctor...now u get ready for surgery and the donor will be here...

Doc: how old is the donor...did they gave the full consent to this...

Chacha: the donor is 18 and they will give the consent...

Doc: what...are u insane...no 18 year will accept this...i will not agree to this...

Chacha: u will doctor....or i will make u to agree...

Doc: u can't force me...this is India..and this is a government hospital...this is not ur country so u can rule around...i am not doing this...he said and turned to go...

Chacha: then forget about ur family doctor....he said and the doctor turned around in confusion...Mr.Nandra was holding his phone showing a vedio in which the doctors family was at gun point.

Chacha: i never make a move without preparations doctor...and i know this is India and i can't rule around...but i sure can do crimes and no one can touch me...now get ready to do the operation and the donor will be here...he said pushing the doctor towards the OT and went from there. Avneet who saw everything was panicked for Sid. She didn't knew if Abhi has reached or not.

The doctor looked at her and but the way Mr. Nandra consoled her showed him she is their heir and he went from there not speaking anything to her. He has to do something or else a young life will be killed and it will be great blackmark in his career...but at the same time he was scared for his family. He tried to contact someone who is powerfull but the guards snatched away his phone and cut all the communication system from the floor. He felt helpless.

Here Mr.Nandra reached the mansion and went to the basement straight. Sid was sitting in the corner still crying in guilt for lashing out at his brother. He cursed himself for shouting at him those hurtful words...he realised what he has said to his Dada in anger. He shouted that he hate him...he thought how much he would have been hurt when he heard that from his mouth. He wanted his Dada now and he wanted his safe embrance now.

Sid got scared when the door was unlocked. He wanted the other person to be his Dada but at least he hoped it would be Avneet. But for his dismay the one from who he got so scared few hours ago came in.

Mr.Nandra entered the cell with another two guards. Sid looked at him and leaned back into the wall hugging his knees.

Mr. Nandra: who untied him...she yelled looking at the guards making sid to flinch.

Guard: s..sir...it was for him to eat...he said in a scared tone.

Mr. Nandra relaxed remembering that he was the one who ordered to give him food. He walked towards sid and crouched down before him.

Sid tried to hid himself in his arms and turned aside. Mr. Nandra smirked on seeing his scared state. He clicked his fingers in front of his face and spoke...

Mr. Nandra: look at me...he said in a cold tone but sid didn't moved.

Mr. Nandra: i said look at me...he yelled and grabbed his hair making him look at his face.

Sid looked at him with a teary eyes...

Mr. Nandra: what's ur name...

Sid: Si..siddharth...

Mr.Nandra: full name...he said yanking his hair making him wince.

Sid: Siddharth Nigam...

Mr.Nandra: hmm...then here...sign on this paper...he said giving him the consent paper.

Sid was confused. Why do they want his sign. He was not anybody who owns anything and also he is definitely not the one who owns something which a mafia king needs...he took the paper and looked at it and was shocked to see it was the application form for donating organs...he was scared at the moment when his eyes fell on the organ list the word HEART was ticked.

He looked at the man before him with fear filled eyes and shook his head. He was not ready to die now. He wanted to go to his Dada. He wanted to apologise to him. He want his safe embrance.

Sid: no...i want to go to dada...please let me g-- he was cut off a by hard slap by Mr. Nandra.

Mr. Nandra: i said u to sign u little piece of shit...no one wanted to hear ur pleas...NOW SIGN....he yelled.

Sid shook his head in no and try to get up knowing he can't run away. Mr. Nandra again slapped him and grabbed his hair and pushed his face on the wall beside.

Mr. Nandra: look...i have two options...one..u sign this and we go to hospital...or two...i kill u here itself and i take ur body to the hospital...ur heart will be alive for 3 hours to get transplanted...

Sid: no please...no..but Mr. Nandra again slapped him continuously threatening him to sign. After few minutes sid was crying badly and agreed to sign the paper as he was not able to take the hits anymore...

Sid: pl..please...please stop....i..i will sign...please don't hit me...he cried trying to escape from his grip.

Mr. Nandra: thats good...now here...he said and gave the paper to him and sid signed it crying badly.

Sid: i am sorry dada....he whispered signing the papers when a tear rolled down and fell on it....
