She walked leisurely to the hall where the gathering was said to be held. She examined the hall, seeing many volunteers working together to set up decorations for the event in the next three days.

She found an empty seat and landed her buttocks on the chair, crossing her legs and her right forearm rested on a rounded-unclothed table. She memorized the structure of the hall, just in case she would get lost in a crowd.

She then rested her chin on her palm.

The hall was quite large, adorned with big-sized, sparkly, and beautiful lamps hung on the ceiling. Diamonds were attached with a tiny chain, beautifying the lamps more. Tiles were brownish and designs were antic abstracts, adding a more classic atmosphere to the hall.

Tables were clad with white satin cloth, a rose was placed on the middle of each table except the table she sat at. Chairs were also clad and there were bows behind each chair.

Napkins were seen messily place on each table. Perhaps, they were going to fold them in somehow artistically to stand on the table later.

Nahee softly released a deep breath as she watched the volunteers work.

She was bored. She couldn't get Jungkook because she knew he was busy. Furthermore, the thought of staying in her room was nothing great. Playing on her phone would only deteriorate her eyes. She brought books to read (borrowed from her brother), but she did not seem to be interested to read any of them at this moment.

She did not know why, but seeing the books was only making her feel distant.

"Nahee-ssi."

Nahee was startled by a deep voice calling her name. She turned her head to the left and saw Yoongi was dressed in a white buttoned-up shirt and black slack trousers. His head was covered with a black scarf, pushing his bangs to the back and revealing his forehead.

Nahee looked at him with a questioning look.

'Why is he dressing like a cleaner?' She thought.

"What are you doing here?" Yoongi asked.

"And what are you doing here?" Nahee asked back.

"I'm working. I'm one of the company's choices, remember?"

"Aren't you supposed to be finishing your punishment?" Nahee asked.

"I got an exemption," Yoongi answered. Nahee did not understand why, but she was not surprised. But then she uttered with a mocking intonation while Yoongi feigned ignorance, "wow!"

"What are you doing here?" Yoongi asked again when he remembered Nahee hadn't answered his question yet.

"I am doing nothing," she answered, smiling a fake smug. Yoongi rolled his eyes.

"You shouldn't be here," Yoongi said in a boring tone. "Our clients are not allowed to be here until the gathering night."

"Why not?!" Nahee snapped.

"I ain't the CEO to know." Nahee squinted her eyes, glaring at Yoongi when she heard the answer. The man sighed.

"Look, there are a lot of activities you can do here, on the cruise. Except coming here. It's prohibited until the gathering night," Yoongi warned.

Nahee's eyebrows frowned. "I don't know that."

"Didn't Kang Aeri tell you, girls?"

The girl blinked her eyes multiple times as she looked up blankly at the high ceiling trying to recall if Aeri, the girl who made announcements that morning told anything important.

Yoongi sighed again. He wondered how Jungkook dealt with her for six months already.

"Okay, okay. Leave the hall now. We've got a lot of things to handle here." Yoongi didn't force to get up, but instead, he showed his index finger and motioned her to get up and leave.

Nahee looked at him for a while as if she was thinking of something. Then, she stood up. Yoongi was about to feel happy and walked away when Nahee called him.

"Yoongi-ssi." Her call made the said man turn around to look at her. He looked at Nahee without saying anything, waiting for her to proceed with her words.

"Mind accompanying me for some time?"

Yoongi looked at her blankly. "I'm working," he said.

Nahee curved her lips downwards slightly. "Just for 30 or 50 minutes won't bother, I'm sure," she said. She also added, "besides, I'm a client. And you're working. You can work to talk to me or accompany me for a moment while Jungkook's busy."

Yoongi still looked blank, but somehow his face was tenser than before. His jaws could be seen slightly clenched through the skin of his lower cheeks.

"Do I look like your slave?" He paused. "Whom you can instruct to follow you and talk or something. You can't even pay me for every word I say."

"Oh, come on, Min Yoongi," Nahee said. "I know you've been washing dishes in the kitchen for more than an hour from the way your hands and arms sweating." She said as she pointed at his sweaty and veiny arms and hands.

The man looked down at his arms, finally noticing how his arms felt sticky and damp.

Nahee also said, "how about you come and accompany me to the balcony up there. Talk talk or watch people swimming in the pool?"

Yoongi let short silence engulf them to let him decide whether to rest and go with Nahee to talk or continue his work to earn extra money.

Knowing that someone would get worried if he was overworked, Yoongi gave in. He untied his scarf and let his damped, blonde hair feel the coolness of the fan blew above.

"Let me go and change," Yoongi said as he turned around and dragged his feet to changing room.

Nahee silently cheered, thinking that she had succeeded in pleading with Yoongi.

**********

The wind blew softly ahead of them as the ship moved slowly forwards to head towards their destination.

Yoongi and Nahee felt relaxed by the breeze. They were sitting down under a big parasol while enjoying non-alcoholic cocktails.

Some couples were also seen there, spending time with each other. Walking around as they talked, laughed, teasing each other and some were there only to admire the beautiful wide view of the blue sea.

Now that the man was resting, he thought that it was not a bad idea to accept the girl's offer for asking to accompany her. Besides, he was already tired. Proof? His body leaned on the chair he sat on, feeling reluctant to leave it. He also kind of wanted to lay down.

But he thought he must not be like that. He needed extra money for someone and things.

"So..." Nahee suddenly broke the quietness that they had earlier. "Why are you there?"

Yoongi took a sip of his cocktail to moisten his throat. "I told you, I was working."

"Working? When other choices are decorating and preparing the hall, while you, washing dishes? Aren't there the ship's staffs to do that?"

"I demanded to do it for them."

"Why?" Nahee carefully asked, as if she could sense Yoongi had a reason for doing so.

"I need extra money," Yoongi said.

"What for anyway? Is the pay working as one of the boyfriend's choices, not enough?" The girl asked again with the same tone she used before.

"The pay is enough. But I need more for someone," Yoongi answered honestly.

"And who is it?"

Yoongi looked down ruefully and uttered almost sounding sad; "just someone..."

Seemingly understanding that Yoongi was not willing to tell her who, she said, "oh, okay."

Yoongi exhaled a deep sigh when he thought he managed to get away from letting Nahee know the reasons what the money was for.

Yes, he needed extra money for someone. But he did not want to reveal who that person was. The person could be his relative or friend or just someone he knew who needed his help. Or could the money be actually for himself?

The company's CEO knew he wanted this, and he coolly gave his approval, letting Yoongi do his extra work on the ship.

"Anyway, how's your contracted relationship?" Yoongi asked, trying to change the subject.

The moment Yoongi mentioned 'contracted', Nahee got slightly startled unknowingly. It felt like something invisible just hit her head and reminded her of something.

"W-well... Well, it's going great," she answered, almost stuttering.

"That's great," Yoongi said. "I recommended the right guy."

Nahee chuckled at his smug comment.

"Are there any problems? Like you guys got into a fight?"

The girl hummed before she spoke. "Not really,"  she said. "But since this is my first time having a boyfriend. Being someone with more experience is somewhat, feeling weird to me."

Yoongi looked at her seriously in silence. As if there was a siren that just played in his mind, giving him a warning, he felt something that wasn't right from her statement.

Feeling weird?

"Feeling weird like how?" The older man asked, starting to get suspicious.

So, Nahee told the scene at the arcade and also how her heart felt every time she was with Jungkook. She also told how both of them shared each other's pasts.

His eyebrows frowned as he listened to her.

She did not tell the inner stories of their pasts though, because she knew it was not supposed to be shared openly. Yoongi quietly listened to her as his mind processed if both of them could have fallen in love for real.

Because he did not want Jungkook to end up like him...

**********

Jungkook pushed the door handle down and opened the door which led to a hall carefully. He peaked at the door to see if there were a lot of people inside.

Since most of them were girlfriends and boyfriends from the company, he pushed himself inside and closed the door behind him. He then took small steps to look for someone.

To look for Yoongi...

He then took full steps forward and was greeted by a girl who happened to pass by while having a bundle of white satin cloth on her arm.

Jungkook suddenly called her, stopping her from continuing her steps.

She turned around and politely asked, "yes?"

Then, it was Jungkook's turn to ask. "Have you seen Min Yoongi?"

The girl's eyebrows creased and looked around to look for the mentioned man. "I guess, he hasn't come back yet."

"What do you mean?" Jungkook asked.

"I saw him go out with a girl. She looks like your client though," the girl informed.

'He went out with Kim Nahee?' He asked himself internally.

Jungkook then thanked the girl and immediately left the area, going out to find Nahee's and Yoongi's whereabouts.

**********

Yoongi let out a flustered laugh after listening to Nahee's story. He could not decide if they had actually fallen in love since she didn't tell the whole story.

Reason?
Except for their pasts, Nahee seemed to have forgotten what happened before. Her story somewhat had too much skipping.

"I see, I see," was the only comment that Yoongi was able to give.

He was aware that these youngsters seriously need to remember that they were only contracted. He wanted their contract to end smoothly, unlike his, that he needed to sacrifice for the girl.

When someone got into a contracted relationship, nothing was going to be easy, especially when one chooses a long time and one would end up falling in love easily and so quickly when this person caught in a charm of his or hers.

And Yoongi didn't want Nahee or Jungkook to end up like that. Contracted was contracted, and business was business. There would be no way to turn back the time if one of them fall into a deep hole of love.

There was a saying that said love is blind. And that did not only refer to how people were blinded by fake kindness or adoring by someone, but it also could define blindness as to how they took so long to realize they had fallen in love. People always doubted themselves about love, blinding themselves with their fake beliefs.

Then sooner or later, they were just aware that they had hurt themselves. Simply put this matter, if one of them had fallen in love with another when the contract ended, one would get hurt because he or she realized it too late.

Yoongi was there to warn them. It wasn't his intention to stop them from loving one another. It was the contract. Having a contracted relationship was the same as having everything virtually, fake and you couldn't have the hopes to bring them to marriage.

The man's thoughts cut out abruptly when the girl's voice hit his ears.

"By the way, how did you get an exemption?" Nahee asked out of the blue. Yoongi stared at her blankly for a while, before he took his cocktail from the table to moisten his throat.

"Taehyung helped," Yoongi said, half-heartedly.

"Taehyung? Kim Taehyung? The one you said is a little harder to handle than Park Jimin?"

Yoongi chuckled when Nahee remembered his unserious description of the boy in the past.

"Yeah, him."

"But, how?" Nahee asked. "I mean, how did the guy help you?"

Yoongi just shrugged his shoulder, not wanting to tell how he got the exemption. Nahee squinted her eyes and getting suspicious, she wondered why the man didn't want to tell her. The man then sighed, he was tired of the girl somehow, even though she was not his client.

'Really... How does Jungkook handle her?'
