*(Y/N) POV*

After our escape, we joined forces with Happy Huntresses, however without Robyn. First things first, we needed to find Oscar and hopefully the relic. Right now me, Ruby and Weiss are searching from the airship while grandma Maria pilots it. We look out of the windows, until I spot a camp with a fireplace, near which sits our missing friend

(Y/N): "Petals, I see him. The camp on our left" Ruby gets near me and sees Oscar too

Ruby: "Thank Oum... Grandma Maria!"

Maria: "I heard you girl, I may be old but I can still hear"

Our airship pulls around and then comes to a stop. We open the side door, seeing that is indeed Oscar, thankfully alive and well. Everybody else took cover seeing the military airship stopping near their camp. Ruby waves at Oscar

Ruby: "Need a lift? We have been looking everywhere for you!"

(Y/N): "Come on Oscar! We don't have a whole day!"

Oscar sighs with relief and smiles. I help him onboard and then we go on our way back to Mantle. As we fly over the city, we see Sabres moving through the large hole in a wall, with a lot of flying Grimm beyond it. I open the door again, throwing a few small fireballs at the Grimm, killing them before they could add more work for our ground forces, before closing the door again

Oscar: "I was stupid to think the general would listen. Every choice I've made was the wrong one, and now..." He grips his hands and i put my hand on his shoulder

(Y/N): "You did what you thought was best, Oscar. There is no shame in trying. We all did what we thought was best, but Jam- I mean Ironwood just let himself into a paranoia and fear. And it consumed him completely" I look out the window at still floating Atlas "He won't trust anyone other than himself"

Oscar: "But... now thing are like... this" he looks solemnly out the window, seeing the poor state that Mantle is in now with Grimm outside the walls and no more military support within them

(Y/N): "You're still alive, that's what should be on your mind. Many people can't take comfort in that anymore. And as long as we're alive, we can still try to do something to fix up this mess. As long as we can fight, there is always hope. And as long there is hope, there is resolve to fight on and never give up, no matter what"

I look through the window to see Joanna waving her arm to us

Maria: "Yeah, yeah, I see you" Grandma lands our ship near Joanna. Once we're on the ground, we quickly get off the streets before any Atlas drones could spott us

Joanna: "Inside, hurry" she brings us in one building. We race inside, and Joanna takes out her staff, firing off a shot to take out a nearby Atlas drone before it spots us and then joins the others. She leads us inside, and we walk into a room where May communicates with someone

May: "...I know. Sector 3 is going to need the most help. I'm sending backup your way there right now. Fionna, do you copy. We need reinforcements sent to Sector 3 in the crater" we walk by her

We enter another room, finding the rest of our group watching he news on the Grimm army outside the kingdom, and seeing all our faces shown as wanted fugitives. Nora, seeing Oscar, approaches him and gently embraces him, instead of tackling him like she always does.

Blake: "When we heard that you'd gone off to face Ironwood by yourself, we.." Sam walks near Oscar

Sam: "How did you end up from being high above in Atlas, to the slums of Mantle?"

Oscar: "That's... a long story. I have a feeling there are quite a few of those today" we look at Penny, who has a sad expression, probably accepting that she is the new Winter Maiden" Oscar glances away before looking around noticing someone is missing

Oscar: "Where's (Y/N)'s mom and... Qrow?"

Mom: "I'm here Farm Boy. And-" she enters the room in her new outfit.

Instead of her usual outfit, she now wears black 'combat skirt' with gray stockings and boots on heels reaching her knees. On her back sits white jacket with her emblem... red painted skull. Her hair is now shoulder length and I think she dyed it to black ash. In her hands sits a pair of kamas connected at the tip, creating a double bladed scythe. But... the most noticing to me are mom's eyes, no longer blue, but silver

(Y/N): "Okay, I have several questions. One. Why are you dressed like a Huntress? Two. Does everybody in this family have a painted skull as an emblem? And three. What made you stop keeping your silver eyes a secret?"

Mom: "As for one, we need Huntsmen here in Mantle. If you didn't notice, being a scientist in Atlas is no longer an option" She points to her 'wanted portrait' "So I decided to dust off my outfit and help you kids and Happy Huntresses. Yes, everybody in Calavera's family have a painted skull as emblem and third it's because of grandma Maria"

Maria: "Don't be a crybaby, Elly. Having three people with Silver Eyes would for sure help with those overgrown chickens and cats"

(Y/N): "Okay, but where is Qrow?" Mom looks down and later looks at Ruby and Yang

Mom: "Ruby, Yang. I'm sorry to inform you... but Qrow has been arrested. His charges are for... murder" Ruby and Yang's eyes widen as we all are shocked

Yang: "Murder?! Qrow would never-!"

Mom: "Unfortunately... They found him near Clover's corpse, and Qrow's weapon had Clover's blood on it. That's the last info I could've found before Irondick threw me out of Atlas' network. I'm so sorry, girls" Yang buries her head in Ryze's shoulder and Ruby, on the verge of tears, hugs my arm

(Y/N): "We will get him out of there. Don't worry Petals" I turn to everyone "If Qrow is in jail, then that means Robyn is too. Her semblance could prove that Qrow is innocent" Just then Joanna walks into the room

Joanna: "Alright, now that your friend is back now, you kids ready to work? Elly, you're needed with May" mom nods and exits the room. Joanna looks at us and sighs "The largest Grimm horde in history is right outside those walls. We have a city full of people with no heat, and from what you told us, no more military protection. While we're willing to give you guys a place to lie low for a while, those people need help now."

Ren: "But... how will we do that? We have no more military support, and Salem's forces have us surrounded"

Joanna: "The crater beneath Atlas. If those Grimm don't kill them, then the cold will. The crater isn't exactly safe, but it'll keep them warm. And if everyone is in one place, then we'll have a better job of protecting them. May will send you where you can help the most. If we can get everyone into the slums in the crater by night fall, we might have a chance" she goes to leave

Weiss: "We're never going to sleep again, I just know it"

Joanna: "Either you're helping, or you're baggage" she leaves the room and mom walks back inside. Yang hops off a table and walks in front of everyone

Yang: "We need to do what we can for Mantle"

Ruby: "We need to do what we can for EVERYONE. What about Amity? And telling the world about Salem? We can't do this alone. We need help" I step up

(Y/N): "Ruby is right. We have to help Mantle, right, but we also need to help Remnant. Robyn's Huntresses are evacuating the people better than we could. This isn't just about one city, it's about all of us" Yang shakes her head

Yang: "But, you heard the General. The tower was never finished. How could we even get a signal out?" Ruby turns to Pietro and my mom

Ruby: "Mom, Pietro" she gets their attention "What would you need to launch Amity now?"

Mom: "Thanks to all of your help before we made a lot of progress on construction and fuel, both are on stable levels. However..." Pietro picks up

Pietro: "The tower was designed so that only with Ironwood's clearance would it launch. And this must be done those his own terminal"

(Y/N): "Shit..."

Yang: "Ruby, Ironwood will never help us. You saw what he's like now"

Ruby: "But he doesn't have to. We just need the green light from his terminal, right?"

Yang: "You want to go back to Atlas Academy?"

Mom: "Actually, girls..." Both Ruby and Yang look at her "We don't need to go to the academy. Ironwood has more than one terminal. One in his office and one in the main Atlesian military Compound at the base of the city" She put a finger under her chin and thinks "We just need to get inside the base and then into the operations room and then... Oh my Oum, there is a lot to think about" she paces around the room, still thinking

Oscar: "So, let me get this straight; this is the easy option?"

Yang: "Basically, it can't be done. It's pointless. And even if you did get the message out, there's no guarantee that help would come" Ruby was about tot say something, but I get my arm before her to stop her

(Y/N): "Fall..." everyone looks at me

Yang: "What does it have to do with this?" I get opposite of her

(Y/N): "Everything. You think why do we get our ass kicked back then, Yang? Because we had no idea what was coming. We weren't prepared and we stood no chance back then. We had no chance because we didn't know what Salem is capable of. It's not pointless. Even if no one come to our aid, we have to try" I look down "Like Pyrrha would" everyone went silent " If we knew what we're against, then maybe she would be still with us, fighting by our side. She never gave up, knowing the chances of her victory are slim, and I refuse to do so too. She knew she'd probably die that night, but she also knew she had a responsibility, to TRY. We have it too. Even if our chances are 0.1%, we owe it to everyone not present in this room to try. Ruby believes there is a chance and so do I. We can't give up only because things became more difficult. Even if no one comes, we will give other kingdoms something we didn't have back at Beacon, a chance to prepare. Prepare before Salem comes to them. She won't stop at Atlas. After she gets the Staff of Creation, she will attack another kingdom, with my stakes highly at Vacuo. We need to give them something WE didn't have back then" Ren steps forward

Ren: "But right now, there are people here in Mantle who need our help. That's something we can actually do"

Nora: "This isn't just about Atlas or Mantle. (Y/N) is right, this is about all of Remnant. They need to know in Vacuo, in Mistral, in Vale. So they can prepare"

Jaune: "Okay, then let's go for both," he gets between them. "We can get the tower up, and save Mantle together"

Ruby: "But, that's what Salem wants. To divide us. We have to stick together"

Oscar: "No" we look at Oscar "Salem's true goal has always been to divide us. Just like this. Jaune has a point. We can work separately and still be united"

Penny: "Or maybe... I'll take the relic to Salem, and maybe she'll call off her attack on the kingdom"

(Y/N): "Not happening. Carrot Top, I told you, we will not leave you, not now, not ever"

Ryze: "Besides" he gets next to Penny "Salem won't leave when she gets the relic. She will destroy both Atlas and Mantle just because she can. If she uses the staff for anything else, Atlas will just drop right on top of Mantle... and it would kill everyone either way"

Yang: "Ryze is right. We're not turning you over to her"

Ruby: "Okay, then we'll split off. While you guys help with Mantle, we'll go to Atlas. Can you get us to that terminal?" she asks Pietro

Pietro: "Well, I suppose, you'll need someone to help you bypass security check"

Mom: " I can't. I'm helping May and Fiona down here, sorry kids"

Penny: "I'll go"

Pietro: "Penny, we can't risk-" Penny turns around

Penny: "I'll go," her powers flare, stopping him I nod

(Y/N): "Okay, here is the plan. Ruby, Blake, Weiss, Penny, I and Sam will go to Atlas. Ryze, Mako, you two stay down here and help evacuating everyone"

Ryze: "I think I should go with you, chief. I'm Penny's Guardian after all"

Yang: "Ryze..."

(Y/N): "If I remember the story correctly, ALL four Guardians swore to protect ALL four Maidens. Me and Sam are there, that should be enough. Besides" I get near his ear "You would upset Yang. Don't worry, I'll die before I let Irondick or Salem get my little sis"

Ryze: "Right. Sunny Dragon, ready to save this city?!"

Yang: "Yeah! Let's go!" She goes to leave but mom stops her

Mom: "Yang" she tosses her a pair of keys. "Me and Pietro were working on some new tools for all of you. I'm sure you especially would like it. It's in the pharmacy" she winks at Yang

Yang: "Sweet" she and Ryze leave the room

Ren: "Nora?"

Nora: "I'm going with Ruby and (Y/N)"

Ren: "But... what about Mantle?"

Nora: "Oh, I'm saving Mantle, because I still believe we can actually do this" Blake look at mako with a slight worry in her eyes

Mako: "Don't worry, Kitty. I will be back. We all will" he smiles at Blake, making her blush a little. What happens next, stunned us all. She just pulled him into a loving kiss, to which he melted instantly and soon they broke it

Blake: "I hope so. Good luck, Michael"

Mako: "To you too, Blake" we all go to do our thing

*3rd POV*

Down in Mantle, Yang and Ryze's group sneak down one alleyway as they make their way towards the pharmacy. However, they notice some Atlas robots patrolling the area, and stay hidden in the shadows. During this time, Ren is conflicted about Nora's choice to go with the others rather than staying in Mantle. Meanwhile, Ruby and (Y/N)'s group are on one rooftop as they eye Atlas. Blake notices the despondent look on Ruby's face and knows why she's so worried"

*(Y/N) POV*

Blake: "Hey, it's going to be okay. We're all in this, together, united"

Ruby: "I hope so" Grandma calls on our comms

Maria: "I can get Pietro out to Amity to prepare, but that doesn't answer how we're going to get all of you to Atlas"

Weiss: "Actually, I may have an idea for that-" we hear some beeping going on. We look around until we find the source, Penny's scroll. Penny takes it out, seeing that Ironwood is calling her. Penny is hesitant at first, but she eventually answers the call and pull it out on speaker

Ironwood: "Hello Penny. I'm worried for your safety. Tell me where you are and I'll have you picked up right away. Atlas need you Penny. Salem is here"

Penny is worried, but Ruby gives her a supportive hand on the shoulder and takes her scroll

Ruby: "She's not going anywhere until you change your mind about Mantle. There's still a chance for Remnant to-"

Ironwood: "-Mantle? You're still worried about Mantle? Remnant is doomed, Ruby. Unless we leave, Salem's forces will destroy Atlas, and with it, any hope Remnant has left! If her forces break through our defenses, then everything that follows will be on you" his words scare Penny and I take the scroll this time

(Y/N): "You have never been so wrong, Jimmy, it won't be on us. It'll be on you. You say if Atlas falls, then the world is doomed. But, you forgot about something. If the world finds out you left Mantle to die because you were afraid, because things got too difficult for you, then Remnant will never support you. Because you took the easy way out"

Ironwood: "You think this is easy for me, (Y/N). It's not. I assumed you would understand, but I was wrong with you. Again. There are times where we have to make difficult decisions for the good of all, not just few. Think about what would your father do" I growl

(Y/N): "I did. And he would do exactly what I'm doing right now! He was a hero for BOTH Altas and Mantle! He wanted to save as many lives as he could, or at least try to! Quite the opposite of what you're doing right now... You say it's a hard choice, but it's not. Hard choice would be to save both Mantle and Atlas. Or at least try. You just gave up and put your tail between your legs, just like Lionheart did. And you will end up just like him. I won't let Penny go to either you or Salem. See you never, James" I hang up and give Penny her scroll back while Ruby hugs her tightly

Penny: "Do you... do you think the General is right?" I shake my head

(Y/N): "No. He thought that he could stop Salem alone and refuses to admit he made a mistake. Hell, I've made more mistakes than I can remember, but unlike Ironwood, I avow to them. He can't save Remnant the way he plans to. If he succeeds, he will save Atlas, but he also will only delay the inevitable. Salem will destroy the rest of the world, leaving Atlas alone. And then, she will just walk in and destroy it"

*Ryze POV*

We head to Pietro's pharmacy. When we get here we break through the front door, finding a few Atlas robot soldiers guarding the building inside. I fire my gun to take out two, while Mako just tackles a third to the ground and impales its head with a spiked punch.

Mako: "All clear guys. Now, let's see what Mrs.(L/N) and Pietro get for us"

Jaune opens up one door, while I get my blades ready and Yang get into a shooting position. when nothing comes out to kill or hurt us, Jaune comes around the corner and turns the light on... just for us to see four hovercycles. Yang gasps with stars in her eyes as I close my jaw

Ryze: "Mrs.(L/N)... you're the best..."

Yang: "All right. The others are definitely missing out"

A few minutes later, we take out our rides for the spin. Yang took Oscar on hers and I took Mako on mine. I get near her

Ryze: "This is even better than flying!"

Yang: "I'm so keeping it!"

We noticed an overturned car on top of another one, making a ramp. I turn to her with a smirk

Ryze: "You thinking about the same, Sunny Dragon?"

Yang: "Yep!"

Ryze: "So..." I gesture to the ramp "Ladies first" Oscar meanwhile freaks out

Oscar: "Yang, no! Yang, no, no!"

Yang jumps over the makeshift ramp, firing off her gauntlet to spin in the air and then lands safely with style.

Mako: "Our turn!"

I rev the engine and using the same ramp and my semblance I roll our hovercycle into double barrel roll before landing near Yang and Oscar

Ryze: "Oh fuck yeah!" I put my aviators up "HAHA! Let's do it again!"

Oscar: "Please, no"

Mako: "Guys, job first, entertainment later" we nod and round the corner

With our rides secured, we go through the city, taking any camera and Atlas drone we see. In the meanwhile we gather civilians out into the streets to prepare them for a trip to the crater. I guide a few people to the larger groups. Oscar is knocking on doors, while Jaune fistbumps with some kid

Jaune: "Only take what you need"

Civilian: "Wait, so where are we going?"

Mako: "We'll escort every single one of you to the crater beneath Atlas. It should keep you warm and safe right now. Don't worry, we're not alone. Robyn Hill's Happy Huntreses and Dr.(L/N) would be there to keep you safe"

Just then, we hear a roar mixed with screaming. We look back to see a pair of Sabres coming around the corners of a few buildings. Jaune runs ahead and throws out a small pod just as they charge. The pod lands in front of them and creates a hard-light shield to block their path. I and Ren then drop down and impale the Grimm with our blades. With the threat dealt with, the shield deactivates and Ren kicks it back to Jaune, who catches it with his shield.

Jaune: "Way better than a hoverbike"

Ryze: "You just say that because you never driven one" Oscar meanwhile look around with concern

Oscar: "Have the Grimm already pushed this far in?"

Mako: "No. I think these ones were marauders from when we were evacuating people from Mantle to Atlas"

Ryze: "That would make sense. Ever since that Whale Grimm arrived they've been just sitting there and wait. we can't be sure for how long it will stay that way, but hopefully until we evacuate everyone" I look back at the group of civilians "And we need to do it as soon as we can. The residual negativity here is drawing thouse Grimm left in deeper"

Yang: "Still. We need to get these people to the crater, but if we get attacked by Grimm on theeee- Ren! If Jaune hits you with his aura amp, can you mask everyone until we get to the crater?"

Ren: "We can give it a shot, but it IS a long trip through Mantle" Jaune notices one kid crying and decides to speak up

Jaune: "No, that's a great idea. We'll be able to have a Grimm free journey all the way to the crater where everyone will be safe" Of course, some people don't buy it

Older woman: "Do we really gotta shack up with those animals in the slums? I'd feel a lot safer up in Atlas" Mako have none of this

Mako: "Yeah, sure, let me just call General. Oh, there is a problem, lady. He abandoned all of you here! He decided you're not worth it anymore, so Atlas military will NOT come down here to help you anymore. However, Faunus down in the slums are willing to help you as best as they can. No matter if you deserve this or not" He looks at the civilians "Old day in mantle has ended, this isn't about what you want or how you feel about Faunus. This is about SURVIVAL. If you didn't notice, Grimm are waiting just outside the city, and they don't care if you're human or Faunus. If you want to live, come with us where you'll be safe. If you don't like it, then stay here and die, you're even more than welcome. NONE of us are going to Atlas, so Faunus from slums are your only option. Or maybe you're a total braindead and your racist and stupid views about Faunus matters more than your lives and the lives of your loved ones?"

His words made the woman and some of the other civilians look down in shame and guilt. I turn to them

Ryze: "Sometimes your behavior makes me wonder who the real animal is. Get your stuff and let us escort you. And if you really think that your views matter more than your life, stay here, just like my friend said"

With this out of the picture, we begin escorting the civilians through the city. Unfortunately, because the gopu is so large, we can't move fast. Jaune and Ren take point on one hover-cycle, with Jaune using his aura to amplify Ren's, allowing him to use his semblance and mask everyone. Oscar takes the rear on another hover-cycle, while Yang takes the left flank and Mako takes the right. I fly above them, securing the air

*(Y/N) POV*

We made it to the crater. Penny watches as more civilians are being gathered in it while we watch as may opens up a gate leading to another building that was originally blocked off

May: "Alright, everyone get moving"

Nora: "Thanks again for coming" May waves it off

May: "Don't mention it. Once Robyn learned about the Amity tower, it was all she could talk about. Wherever she is, either jail or not, I'm sure she'd want us doing anything we can to get it up into the air so we can get the word out to everyone and get them talking again" She closes the gate behind us "Besides, Fiona's got the rest of your group helping in my place with the evacuation. And Elly is a great help with tech for us too" she walks by as I notice a small sad frowns on Nora and Blake's face

Nora: "Yeah" we start walking and I get near Blake

(Y/N): "Worried about Mako?"

Blake: "I still don't know why you told him to go with Yang"

(Y/N): "Because, if someone in Mantle dares to say something bad about Faunus who offers them a shelter, he would either punch that person or give them a piece of his mind. Did you forget what he did to Jacques... or to that guy who was insulting you?"

Blake: "No... I just hope he will be okay" I smile at her

(Y/N): "Blake, you're still a stupid Kitty. He will be fine, he has Ryze and Yang. not saying anything about Jaune, Oscar and Ren" at the mention of Ren I can hear growls coming probably from Nora "So, don't worry. You will see him sooner or later" I get back near Ruby and Penny

Sam: "So, what's your idea for getting up to Atlas, Snowflake?" we enter the building

Inside, we find large tubes at the center of a large circular room. Atlesian Knights in labor version are loading boxes and cargo into tubes, which then get shot upwards towards Atlas

Weiss: "Snowshoe Shipping is a subsidiary company for the SDC"

(Y/N): "And those drones are especially made for SDC, meaning Ironwood has no control over them. For once I would thank your father, Weiss" Weiss smiles

Weiss: "The pneumatic tubes are designed to be used for the Dust that's refined in the crater to be sent up to Atlas in various locations. One of those locations being the Atlas military compound. Seeing as how they were one of my family's company's biggest buyers of refined Dust, they made one just for them. We just have to find the one for the military base, and we're in" we look up at the tubes

Sam: "The military won't be expecting us to use it. They are too focused on the Grimm horde and on what's going on outside rather than the inside. You're a genius, Snowflake" Weiss smirks at him

Weiss: "Tell me something I don't know already"

Blake: "Are there any buildings in Atlas that your family doesn't own?" Ruby and Nora giggle and I just smile

(Y/N): "She got you there, Weiss Cream" Weiss looks back insulted and turns to Blake

Weiss: "THAT... is hardly important right now. Let's focus on the task at hand, thank you" Blake giggles too

We spread out and start checking monitors and controls as we look for the tube to the military base. Thankfully those robots don't mind us at all and let us do our thing. I notice Penny staring at one monitor with worry

'Time to be a big brother'

I made my way to her

(Y/N): "Sis, are you okay?" she turns to me "I can tell something is troubling you. Big brothers have this 'brother sense', so you better tell me" Penny tries her best to keep a straight face

Penny: "Nothing is wrong, brother..." I smirk at her and later notice she is staring at the tube to Atlas Academy

(Y/N): "Geez, you need to work on your poker face. Penny... Are you still worried about what Ironwood said? I have known him for a long time, but he is not the same James I remember. He is trying to play on your emotions, trying to make you do something like he tried with Mantle. And now he tries to blame anyone other that himself for his own mistakes" Ruby gets near us

Ruby: "Everything okay?"

(Y/N): "Yeah, Petals. We're just having a sibling's chat"

Penny: "I do not like it when friends fight" Ruby sighs

Ruby: "I know. We may not always agree with each other on what's the best course to take, but-"

Penny: "No. I mean Winter. The General. They were our friends. But then the Ace Ops attacked you. And he said people were going to die... because of me" she turns away, but Ruby turns her back around

Ruby: "That was a lie"

(Y/N): "He will do everything to get what he wants. Just like Jacques. He doesn't want you but the Winter Maiden. He won't tell you when he is wrong or scared, he is not that type of man. Bravery does not come from where he thinks it does, but from admitting failures and fears. and he only said that to hurt you"

Ruby: "You're the one to speak about courage, Cookie. You told Salem she can fu-" I put a hand on her mouth

(Y/N): "Yes, I said she can fuck herself. I told you, I don't want to hear your cute voice saying swears, okay, Petals?" I get the hand back and Ruby sheepishly rub her left arm

Ruby: "Sorry love" She turns to Penny "(Y/N) is right, Ironwood said that only to hurt you"

Penny: "I was the protector of Mantle. But now, I'm more than that... and I wish I wasn't" Ruby takes her hands into her own

Ruby: "But, you're still you Penny"

(Y/N): "If not for you, Carrot Top, Cinder would now have two Maiden's powers. and with that would have Salem. Atlas and Mantle would be doomed by now if that was to happen. And it doesn't change a fact that you are still Penny Polendina, the protector of Mantle and most importantly... my little sister and our dear friend. Remember, you are NEVER alone. You have all of us, we're here for you" Penny smiles a little

Penny: "Thank you guys" Ruby hugs her and I pat her head. Just then, Nora gets our attention

Nora: "Hey guys, I found it!" We all get near the terminal that Weiss and Nora are at

Blake: "I suppose there's no turning back now"

May: "Well, with our skills, and my semblance" she turns invisible for a moment before reappearing "You all couldn't be in better hands"

Nora: "So how do we use this thing?"

Weiss: "It should be simple" she walks to an opening in the tube and sits down, "If you lie down in the tube and press launch-" Nora presses the button, shooting Weiss up the tube with a loud scream. We watch in slight horror, but Nora starts laughing with excitement

(Y/N): "Well... that happened" Sam gets out of shock

Sam: "SNOWFLAKE!!!" he gets in the tube and turns to Nora "Launch me. NOW" Nora is more than happy to go with his request and soon he follows Weiss. I pinch the bridge of my nose

(Y/N): "Come on. Better not keep them waiting"

*Ryze POV*

We get the people safely to the crater. Fiona, Joanna and Mrs.(L/N) come out of the tent to greet us

Mako: "Hey, these people are from Sector 7. Area is clear now"

Mrs. (L/N): "Good job kids"

Fiona: "You guys cleared out Sector 7 already? That's great? To be honest, I wasn't sure how you'd guys do without the rest of your group here" I know she tries to cheer us up, but the rest of our group took it the other way. Ren walks of, Oscar and Jaune looks sad, Yang looks irritated and Mako looks away, slightly sad

Yang: "Well, as you can see, we're doing just-" I cut her off by putting my hand on her shoulder

Ryze: "What's important is that we got them here safely. Nothing else"

Oscar: "But where are you putting everyone?"

Fiona: "We're working to get most of them settled in houses or other shelters. A large portion of the community is also trying to get old mine shafts into a livable condition"

Joanna: "We've got a lot of people to keep warm. Elly is working on our heaters and looting the SDC refineries is our best source of Dust. Fortunately no one's getting arrested during the apocalypse. Just knowing those Grimm are circling out there doesn't feel great. What are they waiting for?"

???: "Fi! We got another fight breaking out"

Fiona: "Crap. Thanks uncle! We'll handle it..."

Mrs. (L/N): "Me and Joanna will handle this, Fiona. You focus on more important matters"

She gets out her kamas and Joanna cracks her knuckles before they walk away. Meanwhile, Fiona gets a call and uses her semblance to pull out a map

Fiona: "Oh, for crying out loud" Yang look at us and smirks before putting her hand on her hip

Yang: "Did he say east?" she cocks her gauntlet

*Timeskip*

While Yang na the rest take care of Teryx, me and Mako are taking care of the pack of Sabyrs. Mako was supposed to get their attention on the hover bike and I'm waiting for his sign.

Mako: "Now!"

Not thinking much, I shot at the bridge with my gun and then threw a few wind waves at it, damaging it more. The bridge collapses just as Mako passes under it and takes out the Grimm. Mako stops near me ust as we see Manticore flying right at us. Using my semblance I turn a car on the roof, creating another makeshift ramp. Mako gets some speed and jumps off of it. He flies right at the Grimm. Manticore gets ready to bite him, but Mako turns his whole body to metal and punch the Manticore to the ground. I later stab my blade in its head, killing it. After landing Mako gets near me

Ryze: "Good job Mako, now-" I was cut off by Yang on the comms

Yang: "We're not going to make it"

Ryze: "Goldie, what's wrong?"

Yang: "We've got an emergency"

Fiona: "What kind of emergency?"

Yang: "You wouldn't believe me if I told you. Ryze, Mako, we need your help, now!"

Mako: "We will be there short-" he was cut off by some kind of overgrown dog Grimm... flying... and carrying Oscar. Yang, Jaune and Ren are right behind it. Not thinking much, I take flight after it while Mako floors the hoover-bike and catches up with the rest of our group

Ryze: "Yang! What is that thing?!"

Yang: "I don't know! But it has Oscar!"

Jaune: "And it talks!"

Ryze: "Fucking shit... Grimm are evolving..."

Pretty good episode, to be honest. Some moments were bad, like seeing Yang's group captured by Ace Ops, but there are more good than bad

Well, we won't be seeing Tyrian and Mercury. At least not until the gang gets to Vacuo.

We got the explanation on why Team RWBY beat the Ace Ops (something like (Y/N) said to Harriet in the last chapter)

Hazel will probably switch sides. Ozpin told him the truth about Salem and about her goals as well as how to activate the Lamp of Knowledge. I hope he will use the last question to find out Salem is bad and joins the Gang. Emerald eavesdropped this and well, told Mercury. He was first in denial, but then our boy Tyrian enlightened him that Salem WANTS to destroy the world.

Ren and his new ability to see emotions is a nice thing too. He just owned the Ace Ops with it. I think he just planted a seed of rebellion agains Ironwood, at least in Marrow

Yang's team starts the operation 'Rescue Farm Boy from Mommy Salami'

KLEIN IS BACK AS A DOCTOR AND IT'S DESTROYED MY PLANS FOR FUTURE CHAPTERS!!! But, I will probably think about something...

Atlas is full on defence against the Grimm

Oh, and Whitley is not such a scumbag as we thought. He called for Klein to tend to Nora. And later we had a little sibling's agreement in form of Weiss hugging her brother

And we end up with a cliffhanger of Penny crashing from the sky right in front of Schnee Mansion. Damn, it will be bad....

And now we have a month without RWBY. Be strong guys! We'll make it through this together!
