Sophitz was perfect for about a month. Then, they rejoined their friends and Fitz started to get really jealous... One day, at a sleepover, he finally snapped.

They had been playing Base Quest, when Keefe tackled Sophie to the ground. He pinned her down and smirked.

"Gotcha."

Fitz had been watching Keefe flirt with Sophie basically since they met, and that included the time he and Sophie had been dating. Fitz had had enough.

"Keefe!" Fitz shouted as he shoved Keefe off of Sophie.

"Hey! Dude, what the heck?"

"I'm tired of you still trying to take Sophie. She chose me so give it a break."

"Fitz," Sophie tried.

"No. And you've been going along with it!"

"Fitz, are you seriously blaming me?"

"I-"

"You have been jealous and over-protective since the start. I don't want to lose my Cognate and friend because of this."

"... If we end it now-"

"We might be able to salvage what we had."

...

They did, and after that, even that day, Keefe turned the charm up to eleven. After about a month, everything had returned to the way it was. Although, Keefe had never stopped... Unless he was feeling down... which still did happen when he thought about his mom. Although, no one who knew- which was only about fifteen people- would tell Sophie, Biana, Dex, and Fitz what happened.

"Hey, guys!" Dex called as he entered the room. He plopped his bag down on Sophie's bed. "What do you say to a little Truth or Dare?"
