Hello there you terrific people!! Are you ready for a new contest? I know I am. This contest consists of poetry and music. I hope you poetry lovers out there enjoy this musically intertwined contest.

Description:

Tell me, song lyrics is just poetry, right? Well, Why don't you guys create your own song lyrics!? We want you to pick an artist, such as Sia, Beyonce, Dan + Shay, The Fray, Twenty One Pilots, Carrie Underwood, any one of your favorite musicians, and create a song that you feel they would sing. Your lyrics must be completely original and you must create your work being the average length for a typical song. So your lyrics cannot be short. It must represent a real song. You will have points counted off if you fail to have things like a chorus and a reasonable length.

Please add somewhere: the artist/musician/group you have chosen, the song title (you must come up with an original), and a short back story on the song (1-5 sentences).

Word Count- 100-400

Use your grammar skills to the best of your abilities.
