It's been crazy here you guys, sorry for the wait. I (Casey) was going to take some time off but just couldn't seem to stay away. Tara and Hunt will be taking over the account for until about next Wednesday or Thursday. We will be updating the Updates and Annoucements book, so keep an eye out.

First Place- Divaqueen1016 I (Tara) graded yours. I rated you at a 10. Your story was very intriguing and just kept me guessing. In the beginning, you spoke a lot about fire and the flames, I naturally assumed that was the element your story was over. Then it all changed and in a good way too! I thought you were tricking me! Your vocabulary, grammar, and spelling were perfect. You used a lot of vivid words, it really set the picture for me. Your details were astounding, as well. You had the perfect amount, I didn't struggle to picture at all. Your story was the perfect length and had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, I almost fell off (just kidding, but it was good!). Nice job!

Second Place- ShyAnimallover5 I (Casey) graded yours. I rated you at a 10. You had a decently interesting story. I think that with the theme of the contest, you used it to your best abilities and it really captured me in all honesty. Your details pulled me in. Everything was described perfectly. You didn't go overboard with the details but you still managed to keep me on the edge of my seat. You had your element perfectly meshed into the story which surprised me, I figured that most of the entries would end up with the element bluntly put into the story but you kept me quite interested. You did excellent in the vocabulary and grammar category which is very important. I don't know if you intended on it being a plot twist but I believe that you added the plot twist? I hope I'm correct because if so you placed that perfectly and I think that you did perfect by adding that in there. Keep writing so amazingly!

Third Place- LilaJ1226 I (Hunt) graded yours. I rated you at a 9.5. Your story was a bit harder to judge in all honesty. It was difficult when trying to figure out where your element was. At the end is where it was most prominent. Though if it was for the point of view you tackled, you would've received last place. Not many people are skilled when it comes to writing in third person. Third person is very intimidating and stressful, but you succeeded and did absolutely amazing. I love how you used third person to your best abilites. I really do think that you could work on trying to pay more attention to the theme when entering a contest. You did amazing with grammar and spelling, there were no mistakes as far as I'm concerned. I hope you continue to write in third person, because there are very few writers who choose to write in that POV, and there are few writers who try it, but you succeeded and you should continue to amaze people with your rare gift. Keep writing!

Fourth Place- MelanyTheMelon I (Casey) graded yours. I rated you at a 9.5. You had a great story, you really did, the only thing that held you back from ranking higher is you made me bored with all the details. I wanted to read the story, just read it, but you went overboard and I started to become confused. Your grammar and vocabulary were terrific! I do want to say that, you created a very interesting story, it pulled me in and I thought how odd? Your story was very unique and I am glad that you entered I definitely enjoyed seeing your creativity come to life.
