Let's welcome this new month with a new contest from PoetryIN. This month's challenge is to write a couplet.

A couplet is one of the most basic units of poetry comprising of only two lines that may or may not rhyme. For this months contest we are looking for two liners that end in rhymes.

Here's a couplet written by nairalkesh as an example.

I found some pages of my life's book torn.
I tore them on my own and yet I mourn.

Rules:

1. Must be two lines ending in rhymes.
2. Last date for submission is 2400 hrs IST on the 15th of May.
3. Winners of the last contest will get an additional week to submit their entries as a reward for winning the last contest.
