Congratulations, you are our first place again! We absolutely loved your entry! You had such a well paced, well thought out story! Very well written, excellent dialogue and description, and honestly I couldn't find a single thing wrong with it.

This short story is about a girl of a mysterious and abused race who is in hiding. But she must make the ultimate choice when her best friend is accused of horrendous crimes and he faces death. (I know I didn't do the story justice with this description. My apologies 🙈)

This short story gave us a glimpse into another mysterious race that has been abused and hunted for their differences. One girl, hiding in plain sight, sees exactly what people do to those of her kind and must decide how to respond.
