The awaited day has finally arrived.

Mina was awake. Actually she didn't sleep nicely at all. Got herself prepared, which like how she looks, making sure she is dazzling with with all sorts of makeups bringing her new self to people. Her body glamoring under fine and expensive garments.

Her vibe is there, caring less about the selection.

Watching her own reflection. Many things speak money. Her makeup, the clothes she is wearing, her hairs, shoes she is wearing, mirror she is watching herself over, what if all these vanish one day? Or what if she tries to leave once and for all, will she be able?

"Don't be much stressed." Coming out of showering Hong San stands behind her.

"I'm not. Just thinking." Smiling flatly. "Love, I want something fresh made by you."

"What?" Hugging her.

"A smooth. Strawberry, banana and nuts shake." Staring at him.

"Sure dear." Kissing her. "Be right back. Take time to chill."

"I love you." Giggling like a school girl. Once he was out of sight her facade changed to that of a hopeless one. Though a smile lingered on her face. A smile that can be searched by torch.

"Are you scared?" Xiao came with yibo at the hospital. While yibo will be in the meeting he'll be diagnosed, but also proceed with treatment.

"Well... a bit." Chuckling. "I just never thought this day would come." Not feeling like talking at all but he needs to answer his boy.

"Okay." Of course Xiao sensed too. Who'd want to speak charmingly when they'd be having a meeting like that?

When they patted ways Xiao met with Mina sitting on the waiting bench. Looking all drained from any mood. Stopping on his tracks after seeing her wiping away the tears. Silently looking here and there if anyone saw her, slowly stands up going to a room watching inside, tears slipping down her cheeks wiping them harshly that it becomes hard for her to refrain from being heard.

"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry." Sliding by the door weeping. "I did wrong uncle. Forgive me." Doctor Kang is currently sleeping which is difficult to hear or notice her. "I did wrong, I'm sorry....

Xiao was about to go towards her when she saw him. Fright appeared across her eyes. Clasping her mouth, stands up hastily with her bag she walks away leaving no chance for Xiao to speak anything.

"Wait!...

"Brother!" Cheng runs after him looking at the same direction. "Why are you late? Let's go. Whom were you calling?"

"It's no one. Let's go."

The meeting finally started, which officially is to announce the next heir after Mr Wang steps down. Of course, Mina isn't there but yibo alone. There is also Jun, doctor Kang's wife together with the board of directors.

They spoke about the pros and cons which can be needed some repair including the progress so far.

"Before I announce, anyone with questions?" Mr Wang asks.

"Wang, we, don't see you first daughter, where is she?" One of the old men ask.

"Well...

Should he say she went missing for days? Then how will they see him? What happened that made her go missing.

"My sister won't be able to make it. Our grandpa has been sick lately and she had to take flight to treat and take care of him. So I had to remain back and whatever it's spoken here I'll inform her." Yibo finds something to divert their minds fast.

"What a caring brother. Okay! you may go on."

Mr Wang sighs in relief.

"Okay, I'd love to say that, the one who'd take my steps will be my youngest son. And his sister will be assisting him." Looking at everyone chanting. "It's the final decision I made, no one can go against it."

"Father!" Yibo shakes his head. "I won't take this position! I never wanted it from the first place." Again his phone beeps for notification but he dismisses it. "Mina is the rightful owner of the position. I won't take it." Protesting to it, the conversation has changed to him.

"And why don't you want such responsibility?"

Staring at his father and everyone else. Jun and his mother astonished by his answer.

He faces again his father.

"Father!... Mina might have done some glitches back then but it doesn't mean she's incompetent with her work. She's been treating patients with outmost care. Sometimes she can be a crackhead but I think I understand her better, that's her personality but there is a soft spot in her heart which I've seen it alone which is why i'm protesting now? Mina knows better about this hospital, she knows, what's for the best without being taught by anyone but me, i need to know from her and you to run this hospital. I'm proud about the department and it's enough for me but she needs to stand leading for this hospital to be like what you wanted. So my answer will be no for this, yes for Mina." This time his phone rings reading Hong San. "If you excuse me...

Stepping out he listens the other side that his legs move automatically his phone still on ear. Xiao who just came out from diagnosis readying for treatment, he saw yibo running all confused, not hearing him calling.

Rescue team trying their best to hurry things for just in case. People already surrounding the area phones clicking pictures or recording video.

"Miss, it's very dangerous! Please come down from there." One of the rescue who followed her up tries the negotiation.

"Don't come closer." Throwing a sharp eye to the rescuer.

"Is everything clear?" Speaking through a small microphone.

"All set sir." One from below answers the call

"Okay, keep watch."

What would happen to me if i just step off from here? I'd be leaving everything behind. I'd be free from hurting anyone else. I'd give people peace. There would be no--- like mother like daughter. Everything will be back to square one.

"Hong San... Hong,. Hong!...

Frantically calling Hong catches yibo by arm. Instead yibo frowns his collar.

"What's that. What's that! I'm asking you? I told you anything, anything! Could happen. Have a good watch of her, in anything call me. What i'm i seeing there? Look at my sister. Things might go wrong and..." Pushing Hong, yibo runs inside the building taking the stairs.

Of course Mina saw him.

He might be here to watch me how i die. All those good fake treatments are just for sending me away from this world. He must be happy.

Laughing mixture crying. People pity her.

FLASHBACK...

When she woke up from the drunken night, sobering enough, prepared herself and went to their house. As if Mr Wang was waiting, the moment he set his eyes over her a sloppy smile emerged his lips but it was followed by a slap.

Falling on her knees, Mina asked for forgiveness.

"I was wrong all the time. Please forgive me father. I'm at wrong." Sobbing. "I did shameful things back then, but i cared less-----

"Of course you cared less! Was it for you to show me that even if your mother is gone, i should be scared of you. You are so impossible Mina? Knowing that i was looking for you like a lost coin, you didn't show yourself at all. Very disrespectful. You even threatened my son, for the stupid hospital? Is this what you want?"

"I don't want it father." Facing him. "I just realized that yibo is the right one. I just hated him for no valid reason. He is a good boy like how you wanted him to be unlike me. I was always jealous as to why didn't you recognize me despite being the first child? I was wrong, i didn't recognize myself. You loved me but I pushed away your love. For a fact I hated yibo thinking he took all the life i had but i was wrong. This time too. So please, you made the right decision. I'm sorry again." Sniffling. "I hope you forgive me." Standing up. "I'm sorry...

"Where do you think you are going?"

"I might be disgusting you, so why should i keep being here?" Staring at her father. "I just want to ask for one thing... father, i want a hug... this is all i ask for." Chuckling between her sniffles. "Showing you this side of me is... too shameful. But i mastered it a lot." Cleaning her face smiles at her father.

Slowly she walks towards him, hesitantly circles her arms hugging him.

Mr Wang all clueless though he hugs back.

"I'll be staying at my boyfriend's. We shall see each other again at the meeting. For all those years i've loved you dad and i'll always will." Smiling at him she bids him good day.

That's the last day Mr Wang saw his daughter.

Once Mina drank the drink directly she left. Later wards San found a note more like a suicide note. As a forensic expert he'd know what it'd mean and directly he called her brother, yibo.

"Get down from there Mina." Inches apart yibo calls her.

"It's more good having you here. You'll have something to say to Dad. How i died, things like that." Taking a step forward.

"The hospital is all yours!" That helps because Mina took a step back. "I hope dad gets convinced. So get down from there and we, together, talk to him."

"Convinced you say? There is a probability that he inclines to it or not. I find no meaning in this world." Again she takes a step ahead.

"What about Hong San? You said you love him, then will you leave him just like that? Let him be traumatized about your death?"

Mina glares at Hong San who's staring at her.

"He is a man, he'll move on." Smiling at him.

"First, if he is your boyfriend shouldn't he be here instead of me? I still have a future to build ahead." Snickering the words yibo snorts inwardly as he takes a step ahead too.

"Mina! Listen to me carefully, you die! I die too! Keep that in your mind." Climbing on top of Bonet to the top of the car.

He might be out of his mind actually. Mina snorts inwardly.

"That's the real man. You should now be convinced... get down from there." With his hand telling her to come down.

"Why don't you just leave me alone!" Mina turns over yibo whom they just met face to face.

Yibo had taken steps till he was standing behind her.

While Mina not being prepared, startled, her ankle twists crying out.

"Mina!" Hong shouts

"Yibo! Ah!" Yibo catches her arm but it just slips till he gets hold of her palm.

"Hold on tight." Groaning from pain when his ribs scrapped over the veranda wall.

"Why don't you let me die?" Mina tries to mock yibo.

"Don't try to mock me. It doesn't reach me." Spats out the words. "Or we die together." Smirking at her.

"What about the hospital? Now Fuck off. I'm good as dead now."

"Father will buy a heir. I miss my mother too. So dying will be better." Mina's palm slides a bit. "I told you to hold on tight bitch?" Anger fills yibo.

"Did i ask you to hold me! My armpit is arching. Let go moron!" Trying to snatch her palm away.

People keep screaming watching them together.

"Let's die together then." Yibo jumps off.

"God!" Xiao in the car cries out.

The Wang's had also reached(Jun, his mother, Xiao, Cheng and Mr Wang)

Yibo hugged his sister falling on his back her on top of him.

"If i die, you'll see my ghost the rest of your life." Whispers eeriely over Mina.

Their bodies landed on the stage that the rescuers team had prepared.

People shrieked aloud this time.

"I need cuffs." Mummers yibo. His nose bleeding. As well his palm holding firmly Mina's arm. "I need cuffs damnit!"

One of the rescuers brings a pair to yibo who cuffs his and Mina's wrist.

"Make sure she isn't dead. Never dream of uncuffing us... and why i'm i tired suddenly." Dizziness overcomes him rasping the last image of his boyfriend.
