Description/Introduction: Eirwen Helvar was head over heels for her brother's wife to be. But honor came before heart.

OC backstory: I don't actually have much for this, just your usual royal upbringing. However you can totally come up with your own (bonus points if it's tragic)

Plot: Drunyth, a kingdom ruled by house Helvar. It was small in comparison to the other kingdoms but its land was rich with resources. An alliance of mutual benefit was secured between Camelot and Drunyth. The alliance allowed Camelot access to the vast resources of Drunyth while the smaller kingdom which lacked military strength was promised protection in case of an attack. Uther Pendragon gave the hand of his ward, Morgana Le Fay to Crown Prince Erwan Helvar. The two had been engaged for years without ever laying eyes on each other but with the wedding fast approaching King Ellias Helvar decided to send his son to meet and charm his bride to be.

Upon Erwan's insistence, Eirwen joined him in Camelot. The two of them arrived on the same day as Merlin. In the fic, their arrival is the reason that the feast was thrown. Both siblings spend time with Morgana. She starts receiving gifts, flowers and poetry from Erwan. Only, that's what everybody thinks. Eirwen befriended Morgana to learn what sort of person she was as well as her likes and dislikes and the gifts are really from Eirwen. Their plan works, Morgana is charmed by the gifts it should have been a victory but it wasn't because as goes on Eirwen finds herself falling in love with Morgana. Erwan too finds love in Camelot but not where it was supposed to be.

Eirwen is far too nervous to reveal the truth to Morgana so like a good brother, Erwan spills the beans. Morgana and Erwan make a show of being together but in secret she's with Eirwen. Gwen was one of the first people to be in on the secret. Erwan and Morgana are friends. Then they all lived happily ever after? Nope! Another secret to be let in on, Eirwen possessed magic. When her father began prosecuting sorcerers one of them gave his only daughter the curse of magic. A secret that only Erwan knows. A secret she wished she'd told Morgana earlier, maybe it would have helped things, maybe it would have prevented Morgana from going down a dark path but by the time Eirwen realized it was too late.

When Morgana took the throne she offered Eirwen a place beside her as her queen.

—The colours of Drunyth are deep violet and silver. Their emblem is a wolf with a raven circling above.

—The royal family isn't very royal, they only just rose to power a few decades ago. Therefore Eirwen and Erwan might be a bit more humble even though they've only known the royal life.

—Story is named after Enchanted by Taylor Swift. So you can use that as a reference.
