Let's Play Hide & Seek, But Alone? 

Ready to play? Here's what you need: 

-a stuffed toy/doll - it needs to have limbs

- rice, enough to fill the toy. 

- one needle and one red thread. 

- one pair of nail clippers

- a sharp edged tool - a knife, scissors, glass shard, etc.

- one cup of salt water.

- a bathroom with a bathtub and a counter.

- a hiding place, preferably a room. There must be a TV in there. 

First, take out whatever the doll is stuffed with. Once it's all out, restuff the doll with rice.

Clip off a few pieces of your nail and put it in the doll. Sew the opening with the red thread. 

Go to your bathroom and fill up the bathtub.

Return to your hiding place and put the cup of saltwater on the floor. 

Give a name to your doll...anything BUT your name.

When the time is 3 AM say, "(y/n) is the first it," to the doll three times. 

Go to the bathroom and put the doll in the bathtub filled with water. 

Turn off all the lights in your house and go back to your hiding place and turn on the TV.

After counting to ten with your eyes closed, return to the bathroom with a sharp tool. 

Go to the say bathtub and say, "I found you, (dolls name)," and stab the doll with the tool. 

Say, "You are the next it (doll's name)," and leave it on the counter in the bathroom. 

As soon as you put it down, run back to your hiding place and hide. 

Pour half of the cup of saltwater into your mouth; don't swallow it, keep it in your mouth. 

Get out of your hiding place and start looking for the doll. It's probably not in the bathroom. Once you find the doll, pour the rest of the salt water over it, then spit the salt water that was in your mouth all over it, as well. 

Say, "I win," three times. 

After that, discard the doll. 

- If you're living with others, you're putting them in danger. 

- you must keep quiet while you're hiding it. 

- do not leave your house until you have finished the ritual. 

- keep the game under 2 hours or the spirit will be too strong to remove

- keep a phone close, have friends know what you're doing so they can come and help if you need it. 

- it'd be good to keep your doors/windows unlocked if you're doing the previous thing.
