If you happened to meet My Friend Helen after she recovered from her Deep Depression - You would Never Guess That She Ever Had It In Her Life! :D

Really! :) ... - Cause now she's The Greatest Optimist You Could Imagine! 😃  I personally am an optimist too, usually in a good mood, but I can have a bad day sometimes, as anyone can have from time to time - & when she sees that I am sad, she tells me 'Cheer up, Lily! - Life is Beautiful ! :) - & there's no need wasting it for being sad!  ^_^'. Then she tells me a joke or some funny story she recently heard or plays some music we both like & always finds a way to cheer me up in Seconds! 😁

And now she is The Most Life Loving Person I know! :) - Appreciating Every Day of Her Life, or Even Every Good Moment of it & being grateful for Everything She Has!  ^_^ . I sometimes wonder where she gets so much happiness & energy from - now she's just like Joy from 'Inside Out'! - Even more cheerful than she used to be before her Depression period. The only one she had in her life. Yes, I am Sure that it won't happen to her again! And she became even more sociable than she used to be before that 'break', came back to her hobbies, started to train Zumba and almost nothing can ruin her mood now. She used to be quite sensitive before depression - & now she became more 'tough' in a good sense of this word :). 

And she is still grateful for my support in the Worst Moments of Her Life - but since she recovered - she says: 'If I survived such a deep Depression - I can Survive ANYTHING! - And nothing Worse Than That Can Ever Happen To Me!  ^_^ ... - so I am going to make the rest of my life The Best Of My Life now! :D'.

And for a time being she's been quite successful at it! :)

I can still remember how she 'joked' 2 years ago: Then she told me: 'You know why you're never going to have The Black Dog ( Depression ) Lily? :) ... - Because You Have your White Dog! 😉 ' she was visiting me that day, & while saying those words she patted my white miniature poodle's head!  ^_~ . Ida was sitting on the sofa next to her then & wagged her tail happily.
