If All That Didn't Help :( ...
In 4 previous chapters I gave you 40 ways to quickly feel better if you're getting sad. If they worked - that's Great! ^_^ 👍
... But if they Didn't work, you don't have any other own ideas what could boost your mood, the things that used to make you happy before stopped working as well & you still feel like that:
... It means that your Depression is really strong & you need instant help - because you won't deal with your 'Black Dog' yourself... Yes! - There's never too late to get help & feel better. That's why I used that picture in my header. It says: 'I'm fine' - now read it upside down'. & that header 'I'm fine' is written in such a way that when read upside down it says 'help me'!
Because Every Depressed Person Needs Help!... ( - Especially those with Deep Depression cause getting the right help in time is the Matter of their Lives! :/ )
( And I am doing what I can to stop that 'Wattpad users Suicide Wave' that happened lately. We must help them prevent that! :/ ... - I heard of 6 Suicide cases here in less than 2 Months! O_O - that shouldn't have happend. And it's 'More Than Enough!' ... - So I am Doing My Best NOT TO LET YOU BE THE NEXT ONE! 😢 )
Now Please Read Carefully: If your Depression is very strong & it makes you feel like that:

... You're surely Tired of it All & Miss the Lost Feeling of Happiness ( Maybe you don't even remember when you were happy last time because it was so long ago ) & you Obviously Would Like To Be Happy Again - But don't know How... - it only shows that you Really Do Need Help❕❗
So don't wait till it get worse! - GET HELP! 🙏
And what can help you? - Consulting a Specialist! 🌟
( Believe me! - Only a Good Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Therapist is able to help you successfully! - It's not a 'shame' to visit them! If you really need them. You want to be happy again, right? - So they will find the right way of treatment for you & after some time You Will Feel As Good As A Totally Healthy Person AGAIN!! 😁👍 )
< I know what I am saying: My Best Friend Went Through that! - & now she's 'As Good As New', as you could read in some previous chapters in her recovery story I shared! 😉 )

Finding a Therapist!
( If you are strong enough to read till that moment - it means that you are able to look for the right therapist to make your health & happiness back. If you don't know any therapists who could help you with that - you can google them - You're online now, so you can still concentrate enough to use the Internet - That's a Good Sign! 😉 )
< And if for some reason you feel that 'you're not able to find a therapist yourself' - ask your family members or trusted friends to Find one For You! - They Surely WILL because they love you & they all want you to be ok & feel Happy Again! ^_~ >
Some tips about finding a Therapist:
1. Try to find a therapist whose office is located not too far from your house ( if possible ) cause a long journey to his office & back can make you feel tired
2. Decide if you want a female/male therapist - yes, this Is important because some people feel better when they go to a male doctor - some other prefer female doctors ( if it doesn't matter if it's a man or a woman for you - that's even better! :) - You will find a good therapist for you faster! :) )
3. Ask people who had some therapist before or have one now ( if you know such people ) to reccomend you some therapist if they think that their therapist is good & may also help You! 🌌
4. If the therapist you chose turns out to have some habit you find annoying, you don't like his/her behaviour ( sometimes even appearance may be a problem because a depressed person is easily annoyed & sensitive to things that are opposite to beautiful ) or the way they treat you - not because of your depression, but because they are not kind enough to you - & you just can't get used to it, better change a therapist because you may start disliking the one you have & find 'not right' - & that may affect your therapy process. And it may not work then because you won't be willing to talk to the 'therapist you don't like'
5. So better find a therapist that treats you right, is kind enough, you find the way he/she looks 'ok' & they don't do anything that would annoy you - cause then you will be more open, willing to talk to them - & your therapy will go better, faster & has a bigger chance to be successful ! 😎👍
6. When you find that 'right therapist' you want to cooperate with - ALWAYS Be Honest With Him/Her - tell them about Your Problems & the way you feel, answer their questions & do what they advise you to do ( that includes taking the medicine they'll find right for you As Long As They Tell You To! )

Never Stop Taking Your Medicine on your own Without Consulting Your Therapist - Even if you 'Feel Better' or 'Good' already & you think that 'You don't need to take this medicine anymore'. - Ask your therapist if you can stop taking that medicine - If they say 'Not Yet' - Keep taking your medicine. Cause if you stop taking it too early... - Your Depression May Come Back! O_O .... - And we don't want that, right? >
