Y/n POV:

Your doorbell rings, signaling that the boys and Anna were finally here, you run downstairs nearly falling face first down the steps but catch yourself on the railings. You open your front door, smiling,

"Conor! Jack! Anna!"

You give each of them a hug, Conor was last, and that hug lasted a few seconds longer then the other two. Secretly you've been crushing on Conor since you guys became friends, but you were afraid to tell him your feelings since you didn't know how he felt about you. He kisses you on the cheek making your stomach erupt in Butterflies, something he never failed to do. It's like he cast a spell on you, making you fall for him. Silently you kick yourself and tell yourself you guys will be nothing more than just friends.

You and Anna go begin to cook Xmas dinner, occasionally you catch Conor starring but looking away quickly like he wasn't doing it, you smile to yourself and go back to chatting with Anna, then some Xmas songs come on the radio and you and Anna begin singing and dancing in the kitchen while cooking, you don't see Jack and Conor recording you guys. You're lost in the moment enjoying the holiday with your best friends, Anna and you instantly clicked when you moved to Brighton 3 years ago today. You even met the Maynard's on Xmas day, something that's been the best gift you've ever gotten in awhile. After dinner is set, we eat.

Conor disappears after you all finish clearing the table and putting leftovers away, he returns with a box with holes in it, a big red bow on top. You Anna and Jack take a seat in the livingroom the tree had a bunch of gifts under it. Conor sits next to you and smiles,

"Here y/n open this first," He says.

The tag read, To: y/n Love: Conor M

You pull the bow, it comes undone and you open the box gasping as you look inside,

"Conor a puppy?!"

He smiles, "you've been saying you want a puppy for so long now, I decided to get you one."

You lean over and hug him, the puppy jumps out of the box barking playfully, you smile and watch the puppy run for a moment,

"Thank you so much Conor it's perfect."

"Just like you," He says softly, causing you to blush.

"Thanks."

"Will you do me the honor and be my girlfriend y/n?" Conor asks, "I know you like me, don't deny it, I'm in love with you and I have been since I laid my eyes on you when you moved here 3 years ago, it took me this long to get the courage to ask you out."

"Yes Conor Maynard I'll be your girlfriend," you say wrapping your arms around his neck.

He cups your face and crashes his lips onto yours, passionately kissing you and leaving you weak at the knees.

"I promise I'll make you the happiest girl alive," Conor says to you.

Anna and Jack are smiling like crazy, happy for you guys.

Xmas was perfect a puppy and a new boyfriend what else could you ask for?
